The internet CONSTANTLY goes down. Every single day, multiple times a day the internet just randomly drops. I tried calling them just now on 5/24 1:37pm and their phone system was down too. Terrible infrastructure. Don’t use this company. I mean it’s absolutely ridiculous your own company doesn’t have an internet backup. Your own phone system is down. 1:46pm now and can’t reach anyone there. Outrageous. Edit: the tornado they're referencing happened late night on 5/25, zero accountability.

Web site never works. I work out of town alot and came home to a bill. Paid it still no service and the call center can't help. With having all this technology this company needs to learn how to provide better service. The app too , unable to download due to app for older phones. Just bad MOJO all around for Brandenburg. I just moved here and we'll I have to cancel service and go with someone else. Just poor management and help.

The Wi-Fi is complete garbage. Completely ruined my Super Bowl Sunday. I do not have any computers or game systems. It’s just my phone and tv. Brandenburg Telecom is complete garbage. The lady named Rebecca was very rude and no help at all. Did I mention that the Super Bowl at my house was completely ruined because of your garbage internet.

Brandenburg Telephone has been a superior communications service provide. I have had service in two different locations in the Elizabethtown Ky area. I had them install 1Gig fiber internet service, which was a brand new installation for them at my home. Their quality of work and the process in which they do it, is absolutely terrific. Anytime I had a issue previously , they was onsite to repair it within 45 minutes of the initial call. The fact that you can always speak to a human being that speaks plain spoken English is also a huge benefit. You pay for what you get, this provider is top scale and also local. I give them 10 out of 10 and I’m a very very picky/ocd individual. Thanks Brandenburg Telephone!!

This place is garbage. Took 2 trucks and about 8 technicians 2 days to hook up my cable and internet which should have been a simple job since I had cable and phone there before. Prices go up every couple months and service is terrible. I have to reset my router and cable box at least once a week. Thankfully I'm done with them and use a different provider now

Extremely frustrated with this internet provider. My husband and I relocated to the area and had set up a connection to be set up the day of our big move ( we did this way in advance so no short notice for them.) day of love arrives and never received any phone about when someone would be here to set up or any type of update for that matter. We both work from home so this was very inconvenient for us. We finally call the NEXT day and they still wouldn’t have anyone out until another day or 2. We decided to go with another provider that was able to get to us by early afternoon same day.

We need Spectrum for competitive prices!!!!!!
