Internet is absolute garbage and ridiculously over-priced. Can barely even load a webpage. Called customer service and was told I was maxing my internet out, how when we were only using a browser? Internet doesn’t work half the time if aren’t in the same room as the router. And they didn’t tell us before we signed that fiber wasn’t available in our area so we’re being charged $160 for just internet and I’m not sure why. Which they told us it wouldn’t be the listed price, never would’ve went with them.

Worst customer service on entire planet. No service from May 18(tree fell near house) to the day I cancelled on June6. Supposed to hear from a supervisor, did not happen. Guys came out two or three times and nothing happened. I cut the cable and got an indoor antenna. Saving 160.00 a month.

My phone's hotspot is faster for download speeds, literally. What was good 20 years ago does not cut it anymore. It's time to upgrade your service. Don't pay for this garbage if you have unlimited data.
