To explain, as there was no answer from MTEL on official mail, in Swiss, the registration process of prepaid user in Swiss is very complicated, unclear and problematic. You don't want to go through that process again. I am IT professional and app. is extremely bad, bad. Very bad experience.

Katastrofa od aplikacije. Ne moze minut sastaviti bez zanrzavanja. Platio sam godisnju pretplatu za nesto sto je nemoguce koristiti.

Veoma neprofesionalna grupa … kanali koji su oglašeni u ponudi nisu tačni … moj ugovor je istekao po srednjo evropskom vremenu a ja živim u Kaliforniji I istekao je 6 sati ranije… operater mi je rekao da on ne może produžiti ali može uključiti ako uplatim… to znači zadovoljstvo korisnika nije prioritet

Zbog tehničkog propusta, pogrešnog računa na TV ,Ibana i neprofesionalnosti Mtl Global Nemačka ostala sam bez programa (sporta takodje) za Novu godinu i praznike i bez novca. I posle 2 telefonske reklamacije i dokaza u vidu fotografija ne priznaju svoju grešku.Vlada ekonomska kriza i 100 eura nisam našla na Ulici.I još moram da pišem žalbe. Pozz i za Mtl Srbija 😥👎👎👎

Neprofesionalno... Trazena mi dokumenta. Poslao sam bugarsku licnu kartu i prebivaliste u Nemackoj i dobijem email kako ja ne mogu da koristim njihove usluge dok joj ne posaljem vizu, radnu dozvolu ili nemacki pasoš. Iako sam rekao da mi to ne treba dobio sam mail sa istom listom dokumenata koju mi trazi i da bez toga ne mogu nista...Da li uopste znaju da je bugarska u EU??? Nastavicu kao i do sada da koristim Vodafone iako sam zeleo nasu mrezu...
