Unfortunately, I have been ripped off here. I've read on the internet, that they have a prepaid offer that costs 10 EUR. I bought the sim card for 15 EUR. When asking for the bill she said there is none, when I asked to pay by card, she said the machine is broken. But I saw the bill on her table, and it said -- oh wonder - 10 EUR. So obviously the coworker ripped off the difference of the 5 EUR. This happened Tuesday, 26. July, Evening, by a female employee, who sat into the direction of the Aroma supermarket and artifical lips. I reported this incident to MTEL themselves. If you have employees like this, you don't need thieves anymore. 2 Stars, because MTEL itself is good. And even 15 EUR price tag is ok. I just hate being stolen from (who would have guessed).

I was taken 15 euro instead of 10 euroa for 15 days of internet. When I asked for a receipt for that they printed one for a 15 Euro refill. That s really arrogance. Don't buy there !! Is this normal at m tel?

Vahetage välja oma ülbikud teenindajad! Habemega ülbe poisinolk letis muudkui karjub, et ära näpi telefoni ja siis lehvitab viitega, et mine minema..... Meil oli vajadus telefoni osta!
