On the phone the service always says: "I don't know, go to the office" when my top-up didn't work. So I did. The role of a customer care specialist should be 1. Listening, 2. Identifying the issue, 3. Explaining the issue, 4. Fixing the issue or offering an alternative if it's possible. If something is not fixable, at least not being aggressive. I spoke to apparently the only English-speaking woman at this office. She misunderstood my explanation and started doing something entirely different. After I realised she's doing it and told her that, she made a "get lost" reaction. She started yelling at me that I "tell lies to her and she's wasting her time" and got aggressive for no reason (I think they're stressed there by default and anything can make them burst). She didn't read or check any of the payment confirmation and Mtel instructions documents I received from Mtel earlier. She assumed that the money was taken from my account and that I spent it all in 2 minutes because while topping up my account, my internet data transfer was on. Of course it was, I was trying to turn it on when topping up. When I asked for the money back, she got violent and yelled at me so loud that it could probably be heard from he outside. I felt terrible. She told me she's worked there for 12 years and this is how it works, she told me to file a complaint, and when I started, while reading the emails from Mtel I realised that the thing I bought was something different than a top-up. I approached her again peacefully to explain and look for a solution, and she started accusing me of lying and making mistakes, and yelling that she didn't make any mistakes. There was noone to speak with, just violence. There are no chairs for the clients either. Taking them away is not the way to deal with unhappy customers. It's the opposite. First, send your workers to psychotherapy, then teach them how to listen and read carefully, and to create an atmosphere of support, not aggression, then try fixing your phone customer service so they can identify the issue as well. No wonder the security guard is always there standing and waiting until someone starts physical violence. DO NOT GET MTEL. Worst experience I ever had at any service point in my 29 years life experience.

Jako loša usluga, korišćenje neupućenosti korisnika, posebno starije populacije. Monopolističko ponašanje, ne peeporučujem korišćenje usluga ove kompanije.
Very bad service, exploiting the ignorance of the users, especially the elderly population. Monopolistic behavior, I do not recommend using the services of this company.

Worst ever experience. Came to buy touristic data offer. Once I started speak english, woman interrupted and said that NO ENGLISH. When I told that I just need tourist offer, she ignored. When I asked if somebody from their colleagues can help, she told big NO. Super rude behaviour. Thanks God it was ONE just near, who had perfect service.
