Took a while to fix because of parts came back looking a lot cleaner than it went, also they kept us informed, with what was happening.

Had a smash in my Range Rover a few weeks ago I was devastated!!! But these guys were fantastic from beginning to end you would not even think it had been in accident return to me as if it came out of the showroom excellent work!!even my son who is a electrical engineer manager for a very large firm!! Said it was immaculate work! Well done guys would definitely recommend this company!! I was thrilled with the workmanship

The Vella group carried out my repair after my crash and they did a great job wouldn't even know there was a crash After the repair I noticed there was a new noise which wasn't their before. So I spoke to them, they told me to bring it in and they will look at it. Turns out there was a faulty bearing supplied during the repair within a week the part was instore they supplied me with a courtesy car and fixed mine within a day. All issues resolved A pleasure to deal with 👍

We have now had Tesla condemn the repair made by this company - terrible incompetent repair job - going to need a complete overhaul by Tesla to undo the damage done by Vella Group. Please do not use this company. I have attached photos - Mounting parts for a jig to pull out the panel not replace (which we paid for!) Wheel arch lining not fitting - leaking in water not protecting the parking sensor from road spray etc. Panels not aligned. Glue sprayed over windows. Water leaking in through misaligned panels - potentially very dangerous as just above where the battery sits. Gouged alloy - seals that don't fit. Hopefully enough to put you off this garage!
