It was very difficult to find the place in the 1st instance, but once you have figured out the bus system, that was not a problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they are vey proud of their city. The room is very big, clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was very good.

We reserved a room for 3 person and we receive one room with 2 single bed and whithout posibility for aditional bed,room not clean.Expensive for services offered.

Credo che la struttura sia stata ricavata da un capannone industriale, quindi adattata. Per questo motivo non è molto funzionale. Alla reception non c'è mai nessuno, se serve qualcosa bisogna chiamare. La stanza non confortevole, non c'è neanche una sedia e non si sa dove appoggiare le cose. Siamo stati due notti e non hanno neanche rifatto la stanza. La colazione mediocre. La zona è tranquilla e si può parcheggiare davanti il B&B. Il centro si raggiunge in auto in 10 minuti.

Otherwise not recomended. The place is quite OK, in a quiet residential area, room and bathroom was nice, breakfast was very good, having in mind the size of the establishment. Girls at the reception and in the breakfast parlour are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Price is very reasonable.||However all this is very fine for people coming with cars and staying 1-2 nights. I was without one and stayed for almost a week. The hotel is tucked quite away from everything, the closest eateries or food stores are at some distance. To reach the city centre or bus station you need to walk (briskly) for about half an hour. Public transport is not frequent, especially on weekends. Another issue – no matter how long you are staying, the rooms are not cleaned. The first two days they changed the towels, then stopped doing even this. This is probably due to the lack of manpower (or rather women power, because I did not see any other service than the two girls).

We stayed in a big family room (5 beds) and it was an OK room with 1 private WC.||||The breakfast was good (you can do your own waffles), but you don't have a lot of variety. ||||It's far from the down town, so you absolutely need a car or some other transportation. We parked the car in the train station park (1hour - 1.2€; 2hours - 2.4€; 5hours - 4€; 8hours - 5€; 12hours - 6€) it's really close to down town and the prices are great!

Posto molto tranquillo e silenzioso.||Personale gentile e disponibile.||Colazione abbondante e molto varia.||L'esterno è un po' trasandato e alcune rifiniture sarebbero da sistemare.||La posizione è un po' periferica, impossibile senza automobile.
