The rooms are located in the 2nd floor of a family house. The seven rooms have a corridor in common, a small kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It’s like Big Brother house or a hostel. The rooms are not sound proof, so you should pray for the chance of having quiet neighbours. The rooms are with basic furniture (bed, table, chair, drawer with one upper shelf and place for hangers) and small. There was a guest that had a dog that was sleeping in the room with her. I also had neighbours that were visiting each other in different rooms. And another guest that was digging into the pan I left in the stove. Not precisely a place where you can have intimacy. I was received by the husband and in the night I paid the bill to the landlady. I tried to get a recommendation for a taxi, but they offered to give me the ride by themselves for the same price as a taxi but without bill. The rooms are 30m walking from the old town, in an area that has no restaurants nor markets around. You have 10m walking till you arrive to a bus stop.

Everything you could want - clean, bright, and nice beds. The host was also very friendly and helpful. She let us keep some bags while we biked around Slovenia

Very lovely accommodation. Manja was very sweet welcoming. Nice, clean rooms and shared bathrooms. She has a small shared kitchenette with everything you may need. 20 min walk to city center. I definitely recommend.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, pulito accogliente unica pecca i vicini della camera n 3 la notte del 18 ago 2021 che come ogni notte alle 3 del mattino rientravano e iniziavano a trambustare sbattere porte e far casino come selvaggi per almeno 2 ore , spero leggano la recensione e si rendano conto di essere dei maleducati indigeni, vergogna.

Very nice and comfortable room to stay in Ljubljana. The personal was super friendly with the guests. The bed sheet were super clean and comfortable. The supermarket is only 10 mins walking, kitchen and fridge also available here so you don't need to worry about getting hungry.

The owner and her family are extremely kind and helpful. She gave me a quick orientation of Ljubljana on arrival. The room itself was simple, but comfortable and clean. I loved that they had Netflix for each room rather than standard TV. Breakfast was especially delicious! Eggs, yogurt, cereal, toast with homemade jams, juice, and really good coffee! The shared bathroom was really clean, which is always appreciated in a shared space. They also had a small kitchenette available if you'd prefer to do your own cooking. All in all a very comfortable and nice stay with good breakfast and great service!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo B&B. C'è stata assegnata una camera molto ampia, mansardata con anche la presenza di un comodo divano. Il bagno era in comune con gli altri ospiti, ma essendone presenti 2 non abbiamo mai fatto fila ed erano molto puliti e moderni.Una piccola cucina lungo il corridoio rendeva la sistemazione completa di tutto il necessario. La colazione classica ma abbondante e proprietari cortesi ma discreti.

Litet och hemtrevligt med riktigt bra frukost som görs efterhand och serveras vid bordet. Familjärt och nära centrum. Ca 10 min promenad. Familjen som äger hotellet är jätte trevliga. Prisvärt. Dock delas badrum men det fungerade fint.

Lovely stay! I’m so delighted to be there for 5 days. The nice lady made every effort to make me feel home. Clean rooms and toilets and a lovely garden.
