I had put up at this place for a period of 2 weeks. It was a difficult stay. The rooms are too small and are not well ventilated (just a small window on the slanting roof); you are definitely going to have difficulty in case you are claustrophobic. The kitchen does not have any cooking facility, there's just an electric kettle and a microwave oven. The kitchen also does not have any ventilation! The rooms do not have separate heating facilities. You will need to turn your air conditioner to heat mode in order to warm up your room, which is insufficient during the winters in Slovenia. Also, given the fact that this is the top floor, you cannot even expect enough insulation from the cold. The location is the only plus point in case you are searching for a place away from the humdrum of the city. This is a completely residential area. The prices charged are exorbitant as compared to the facilities provided (for me, it was 40 euro/night, but from talking to other guests, I guess it could be even higher). At this price point, you would get better alternatives. All in all, I would not recommend this stay. Thanks!

Located near the city centre while still offering the perks of a calm neighbourhood. Rooms are rather small, but each with their own bathroom. There is also a shared kitchen for preparing meals and complimentary breakfast from 8-10. Parking is possible in front of the house or on the street. The owners were very kind by letting me park there an extra day.

Very good and peaceful neighborhood. The room was just fine but a little bit pricey for the things that offered.
