I highly recommend this family and place! Lovely area, calm and perfetly suited in beautiful valley. Breakfast and wines - perfect! It is worth coming here for longer! Very close to the sea and to the mountains - isn't it ideal? YES! For sure i will come again! One of the best places in Slovenia! ❤️

Ni os lo penséis antes de reservar. El sitio es una pasada.Los propietarios super encantadores y generosos.Son productores de vino blanco y tinto...Nada más llegar nos hicieron una cata de sus vinos.El desayuno increible con productos locales, km0. Justo a 15minutos caminando hay un pueblo encantador donde hicimos una caminata nocturna. Muchísimas gracias !!!!!!!

We hadden vandaag een geweldige wijnproeverij door zorg van de eigenaar Valter. We konden al zijn wijnen proberen en kregen ook een kleine toer bij zijn tanks en vaten. Was een erg leuke middag, zeer gastvrij met vers brood en eigen gemaakte salami erbij. De oogst zit er bijna op alleen de cabernet sauvignon nog, maar de wijnen smaakten heerlijk en fijn dat de tijd genomen werd, we hebben bijna 4 uur er gezeten mede door enthousiasme en de grapa werd ook nog tevoorschijn gehaald 😃 aanrader! En ze hebben ook mooie bed en breakfast verblijven dus ideaal als je een paar nachten wil verblijven :)

We called for a wine tasting before we went with the bike from Zalosce to Bregovi. Many were closed because of the harvest, but Valter and his family made some time for us. Valter and his wife Helena welcomed us with a delicious local lunch. They are very open and passionate, not only about their wines but also about Slovenia. Their daughter Martina gave the wine tasting. We started with a nice sparkling rose, continued with 3 whites, a rose and 2 red. They have more then enough for everyone's taste! The wines were compared with salami, a nice cheese amd some homemade bread. After the tasting we had a tour around the vineyard. All the wines have a nice body, are perfectly balanced and you can taste the passion and love. Before the tasting we had the idea to do a couple vineyards, but in the end we stayed for more then 3 hours. We bought some nice wines for home, but there is a big chance we finish them before ;-) Thanks for the hospitality and the great experience. Ron and Jennifer

A special place and a extraordinary experience - We found Bregovi by coincidence on our roadtrip through slovenia and croatia in August this year. The host Valter and his family made this stay an unique experience for us and the highlight of our whole trip! We enjoyed the wine tastings with great conversations in the evenings, the breakfast prepared by heart with self-made bread and fresh vegetables, the trips around Vipava valley and a little tour through Valters wineyards. We felt the heart and passion that is put into this wine. The accomendation and rooms are very new and tidy with good equipment and views on the wineyards. Thank you for this time and the personal connection, we will come again! Jan & Annika

It was my girlfriends and mine first wine tasting and it is going to be hard to top. We had a realy great time and are glad we did our first tasting here!! Definitely recommended :)

Prijatelj priporočal, da se ustavim pri njem. Zanimivo, gospodar se se uči, ampak kako vino bo potem šele imel čez par let👍👍👍 Dobi se njegovo vino pri Štajnbirt v Škofji Loki 😀
