Prices are okay but the machine is spoilt and can’t accept coins. 5 tokens to wash and 3 tokens to dry, so at least 8 tokens. The drying cycle isn’t very powerful so you might need it twice. That’s 11 tokens. Each token costs 1 euro. But the machine can’t take coins so there is no way you can exchange an exact amount for the tokens you need.

10 euros to wash and dry your clothes. Also the machine doesn’t give change and doesn’t accept coins. So if the dryer costs 3 coins you need to spend 5euros on it. Find someplace else to do the laundry.

Happy that my clothes are washed and prices reasonable, however I don’t think it is reasonable to say you must bring the correct change for the service (which I did) but not have a machine capable of taking coins??? We had €8 ready to go in change but HAD to put a €10 note in because the coin slot is out of order. This is unacceptable - we have lost €2 and can’t even put it towards another dry without putting another €5 note in. However, I hope someone at least uses the tokens we have had to leave behind :)

Washing requires 5 Coins = 5 euros, drying 3 coins = 3 euros. Detergent and everything else not included, and there is no way to find something like that nearby. Come prepared with detergent and ready to spend a lot of money.

Overall very great laundry facility, we were able to clean and dry a bag full of clothes for 8€ (5€ to wash and €3 for a dryer cycle which easily dried our clothes). My only complaint would be that you have to have the exact amount you need in cash as you have to use tokens for the machines and the token machine doesn't give change. So we had to use a 10€ note and ended up with 2 redundant tokens which wasn't the end of the world but is a little annoying. A change machine or the ability to convert tokens back to € would definitely improve the experience.

Washer and dryer worked just fine. I guess some people don't know how dryers have always worked, if you put wet and heavy in, it will take multiple cycles, it can't do magic.

Worst laundromat ever. I paid 11€ (5€ washing + 2 * 3€ drying) to get smelly, still wet clothes. It wasn't even that much fabric, about what I use in 5 days. Just do me a favor and don't go there.

Washing machines worked great. Dryer didn’t work at all and didn’t return the three euros I put in. I contacted the email address posted on the wall but no one answered.

NIČ NI PRIPOROČLJIVO! Slabo oprano, malo strojev in več strojev je pokvarjenih, najhuje pa je, da je bil moški, ki vodi to ustanovo, izjemno nevljuden. NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL! Poorly washed, few machines, and several machines out of order, but the worst of all was the extremely rude treatment from the man in charge of the establishment.

Very good facility. Instructions are very clear and in English as well. Thanks to the other reviews I made sure I took only as many coins as I needed.

The machine eats your coins and doesn’t work. When you call them to help it fixed they say that you “broke it because we touch several bottoms”. Did it supposed to do it differently when it’s not working?

I’m in the laundry trying to contact someone and nobody answer the phone. I put 20€ in the machine for “coins”… I just needed 8€ for clean and dry and this machine give me 20€ but in “speed queen coins”!!!! What a fraud! What I’m gonna do with 12€ in speed queen coins?. (I leave the picture because the machine says change for coins of 1€)

Imel sem težavo z pralnim strojem in ker se mi je mudilo, sem poklical njihovo številko. Prišli so hitro kar me je presenetilo. 5 star.
