Token machine doesn't take coins. Had already used a 5 euro note to put the washer on. When drying is 3 euro you have a choice add another 5 euro or be left with tokens you can't use and hope some else comes to buy them from you or leave with wet washing and find another place with dryers. 🤦 Not great for a chain company like this.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich keinen Stern geben! Die kleinen Waschmaschinen waren nicht zur angegeben Zeit fertig (Mindesten 20 Minuten länger) . Das automatisch beigefügte Waschmittel ist laut einheimischen nicht ausreichend, was sich beim Waschen (kein Schaum) und danach (schlechter Geruch) leider auch bestätigt hat. Somit mussten wir Waschmittel kaufen und ein zweites Mal waschen. Trockner hat trotz höchster Stufe auch nach 45 Minuten nicht getrocknet. Sind dann zu einem anderen Salon gefahren der nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt war. Die weiter Fahrten hat sich anstelle von 2 Stunden auf 5 Stunden verzögert. Sehr ärgerlich!

Three days ago, the machine held my tokens, i called but no resolution. Today i put in €10 and it didn't give me the tokens. €13 wasted in less than a week.

Does the job, good dryers. As a traveller it was a bit frustrating that it currently doesn't accept coins, and, can't provide change... I was lucky I had £5 and £10 notes. I didn't try the free WiFi but I was hoping for a power socket to charge my phone, there was none

Good machines but they do not accept euro coins so you end up having to pay 10 euros instead of 8 and are left with 2 useless washing machine coins

I’m traveling and only visiting for a couple days, and it’s raining. I decided to do laundry and this place got good reviews. I had to take a bus to get here. When I arrived I realized I didn’t have enough Euro coins for the machines so I put in a 20€ bill to get change but only got machine tokens, double what I needed. The owner came in briefly to check the machines but refused to change the tokens back to Euros. Good place, not good customer service. Be sure to bring Euro coins.

Satisfied with the service. The place is clean, the machines work well and the clothes are clean at the end and smell nice. Clear instructions, no problems with the coin machine. Be prepared with exact money, though, the machine will not return change. I didn't use the dryer, therefore cannot comment.

The facility was very clean and my clothes smell great. Wash cost €5 which includes detergent and I was also able to dry all my clothes for €3. Instructions for how to get the tokens and use the washer/dryers was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
