We were relocating from Serbia to UK and needed to ship half a houshold via cargo. The actual services of BalkanRelocations were great: the shipping was well organized, the shippers checked and packed everything properly, the stuff arrived safely in UK, not a single breakage, contamination, or paperwork issue. The communication was quite messy though: Gordana (the Head of Operations) is obviously overworked, so even though she was always available, oftentimes her answers were hectic and inaccurate, which made me quite nervous about my upcoming shipment. No actual problems arose, however, and the price is the best any of the relocation companies on the Balkans can offer, so I would safely recommend the services of this company.
