I went to this office to buy e-vignette for Slovenia the 18 August at 12.22PM , i went to the office desk with my car plate photo in my phone as indicated on the sign in front of the entrance. The clerk at the counter told me that he can't give me the vignette because he also needs a document from the car, but the sign in front of the entrance however said the opposite: photo of the car plate or a document is needed, not both. Did the clerk this to spite me and make me go back to the car parked far away in the 34 degree heat? or is he just incompetent? or is it the wrong sign? However, afterwards I went to buy the vignette a few km further on in a parking area and the clerk at desk gave me the e-vignette, only with the photo of the car plate. So, please change the sign or give instructions to the employee
