I chosen this company to take care of my shipment, and it was the biggest mistake of my transport career. At the beginning nothing foretell how tragic this "transport" company is. Before acquiring the order I was getting answer for every question, I got the impression that they cared about the shipment, but after sending them the order they stooped answering on any of my mail, I couldn't get an answer if they loaded, or not from anyone from that company, I didn't even know if they sent truck to loading place. After finally getting information that they loaded I asked them for photo of the documents and cargo, so I could confirm that they received the correct goods (I informed them also thru order that photos are necessary after loading), and they told me that their driver is not a photographer and they will make any photos... They are extremely arrogant on the phone, as at first they gave the impression that they care, so later I had the impression that it was quite the opposite. I normally don't lament on the internet after bad transport experience, but this company is exceptional, and you deserve to know about it. Even if they will be the last transport company on planet I will prefer to take care of it myself than give them any more job.
