after 4 hours of waiting to depart we took more than 1 hour detour for special wishes of some people, that btw also came last on board, never ever again, not worth it (Ljubljana to Koper), rather go by foot, it would be faster and safet too

Worst experience with shuttle service. This was our first time using this company for transfer from Trieste port to Venice. It was storming out with torrential rain and wind, and NCL suspended debarkation because of unsafe conditions. A cruise passenger had literally fallen with their luggage off the gangway. Go Ooti was supposed to notify us an hour before driver arrival they didn't. I tried to reach them multiple times. The driver texted me on whats app I texted back that they had suspended debarkation he left without us. We were unable to leave the ship for an hour. When they resumed debarkation, it was after 10 am, and another driver refused to take us despite showing paid reservation and him having 3 open seats. We were 2 people. He refused to call the dispatcher, and the dispatcher refused to call him. We are 2 seniors, and they left us at the port. They didn't try to help us at all. We had to take a taxi to the train and wait over an hour for the train to Venice and drag luggage over 4 bridges from the Santa Luccia station. If we had been transported by Go Opti, it would have been one tiny bridge. The insensitivity and lack of concern for our welfare was unacceptable, and I will get a refund and will never use them again.

Used them twice in July 2023 (Trieste to Funtana and then to Pula airport - both on time and no problems. Communication was good and kids car seats available as requested. Don't forget to add suitcases at the booking stage - I think this might be easy to overlook.

I had a great experience with goopti passed few years, but last time they were very unprofessional. First they haven't sent me departure details a day before as they supposed so. After spending whole afternoon with their chat bot, I finally received details about 10 hours before my trip, and when I came at the pickup point there were no one there. The driver picked up phone after we tried to phone him at least 3 times unsuccessfully and then he said he will be late for 1 hour. We didn't know what to say, very very unprofessional. Beside that one incident, I never had any issue with them and I would highly recommend them to everyone. P.S. I found out later that some of the routes are not covered with GO-OPTI directly but with their local partners instead, which would explain occasional unprofessional incidents

Everything went perfect. In time with excellent service. The end station was about 1k from our hotel. The driver took us to the hotel without us asking.

They changed the departure time in both directions although I had the package which should not permit any changes in the time of departure.
