NIE WIEDER!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!! Wir habe den Transfer von Venedig nach Ljubjana gebucht. Er pünktlich war. Der Fahrer ist viel zu schnell gefahren, zum Teil weniger als 5 Meter abstand zum anderen Fahrzeugen mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 130km/h. Als Abschluß wurde noch eine rote Ampel überfahren, zum Glück hatte die Polizei Ihn dann angehalten. NIE WIEDER...... und noch ein Unverständnis Ich hatte Goopti daraufhin angeschrieben und es kam überhaupt keine Reaktion

We have deeply examined the concern you are bringing to light. In order to get a more complete picture of what happened as the transfer was carried out, we questioned the other passengers who were sharing the ride with you on the phone. Before going through an investigating with them after your complaint, we saw on our rating system that the driver received 5 stars rating from customers who referred to two bookings out of five. While speaking with them, all reported they were satisfied with the transport, the safety of the ride, the speed and the friendliness of the driver, who received a praise by them all. In particular, one of them dwelled on a detailed explanation of what happened at the traffic light and the matter related to the speed in the motorway. All that came out by the witness was compliant with the highway code. In particular, the traffic light was orange and not red, but driver was calm and he didn’t argue with the policeman. Concerning the motorway, the witness reported that the driver slightly accelerated to overtake a truck, considering it was less safe to stay behind. We put our passengers’ safety above all the priorities and our drivers are constantly monitored to guarantee a safe and pleasant ride. We thought to take our cue from your review to improve the driving of our drivers and agreed with the driver who was carrying out your transfer to improving his drive, especially when overtaking. I booked a transfer for the wrong date by mistake and found out GoOpti don't offer a refund. Also, they supposedly have a chat but you can't get in touch with an operator and no one seems to answer the phone either.

Dear Ana! Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, you cannot change the date or time of your ride, after you book/pay a transfer. You can only cancel the transfer and receive a discount code which you can use to book another transfer with the correct date and time. The discount code reduces the price of the new transfer. In case if you make a mistake when booking, in-between 24 hours contact our support centre via chat (you find it at our website at the bottom right side) and we will try to find solution for you if it will be possible. Our agents will be available live and directly replying every working day from 9am to 4pm. We also answer questions outside office hours, but with a short time delay. However, if you purchase the Absolutely No Worries package at booking, you may change the date and time of a booked transfer in cases when the flight is late, rescheduled or cancelled or if you have VIP refundable transfer. Rather negative experience: GoOpti expects their clients to be very flexible, but not vice-versa. Any request (change of pick up hour or place) was impossible, even moren than 24h beforehand. They just refer to their terms & conditions, also for changing times themselves, even in the hour before pickup. They have the power, because you payed before the service takes place, and they're not paying you back if you cancel. I'm sure they will then say "yes, but we also have a private package" or whatever, but off course, this is even more expensive. In the end, I just asked the hotel for another shuttle service, which picked me up at the time requested, was very comfortable and on time and even cheaper than GoOpti.

El conductor de Venecia a Ljubljana con matricula LJS29LO fué pésimo! Volantazos, frenadas bruscas, mirando el mobil mientras conducia, se dejo el maletero abierto en lla area de servicio, se tomo 2 Monsters energy de trayecto… no parecia su mejor dia.

They have no control on the drivers, I was left at the airport despite paying in advance for a private transport and when I tried to raise a complain, it was just a waste of time. I do not recommend this service at all.

I made 2 journeys with the company. My experience is sour, I would not recommend it. But, possibly, I would book again with them, because of price and timetables. But, I recommend before booking a trip, to check other transport options with other companies. Keep in mind that it is a shared transport with a maximum of 8 people (plus the driver), that the cheapest pick-up time is flexible and that there is a time window (2 hours). This last mentioned is confusing in the booking process through the website and is what ended up hurting me on the second journey. Despite having selected a desired time for pick up, 24 / 30 hours before departure, you can be informed that it will be brought forward by 2 hours (which ended up being a disadvantage for me on my second journey). I will relate my experience and you can draw your own conclusions. The first journey I booked was in the morning (7:30), it was perfect in terms of pick-up time and journey time (from Ljubljana Railway Station to Ljubljana Airport). Although the day before, I was informed of up to 3 changes in departure time. They apologised for the confusion. The second journey was the worst (from Ljubljana Airport to Trieste Airport). I had to cancel the first booking of the journey, because I found out that there was a margin of 2 hours. I had to make it again to make sure that the departure time was the desired one and not 2 hours earlier. The selected departure time was 16:45. The morning before I was informed that it was 2 hours and 15 minutes earlier. A major disadvantage if you have organised the morning, having to lose an hour and a half. The argument I was given when I expressed my disagreement was that it was due to the forecast of heavy traffic. In reality it was due to the 3 stops that the van had to make to pick up other passengers (adding 45 minutes to the journey). An hour and a half journey took 2 and a half hours. One last recommendation: when choosing the desired departure time correctly in the booking process, put directly 2 hours more, i.e. if you want to leave at 16:30, indicate 17:30/18:00 (by the window of hours).

Ieri sera 21/7 sono scesa dal volo amsterdam-venezia alle ore 00.30 (volo in ritardo di 35 minuti circa), premetto che il pullman l’ho prenotato molte settimane prima e pagato 80€, sono stata lasciata all’aeroporto di Venezia poiché ero esattamente 3-5 min in ritardo rispetto alla prelievo previsto a 00.45. Alle ore 00.25 ricevo un messaggio da parte dell’autista che con solo 20 min di preavviso mi annuncia che sarebbe partito ai 45 e che in caso di problemi o ritardi avrei dovuto chiamare un numero di emergenza(da cui non ho ricevuto risposta, nemmeno oggi), a quel punto chiamo direttamente il mio autista per pregarlo di aspettarmi 3/5 min massimo in più, lui rifiuta senza porsi il minimo problema (la mia destinazione era Trieste). Mi son ritrovata a ritirare il bagaglio a 00.44, ciò significa che 3 4 minuti dopo avrei potuto raggiungere l’autovettura. Trovo l’episodio davvero assurdo per una compagnia che si occupa di fornire un servizio di trasferimento da/per gli aereoporti. Prestare molto attenzione a questa compagnia!
