Dear Gerold! We are truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. We take all reviews seriously and use them in our continuous improvement efforts. We have deeply examined the concern you are bringing to light. In order to get a more complete picture of what happened as the transfer was carried out, we questioned the other passengers who were sharing the ride with you on the phone. Before going through an investigating with them after your complaint, we saw on our rating system that the driver received 5 stars rating from customers who referred to two bookings out of five. While speaking with them, all reported they were satisfied with the transport, the safety of the ride, the speed and the friendliness of the driver, who received a praise by them all. In particular, one of them dwelled on a detailed explanation of what happened at the traffic light and the matter related to the speed in the motorway. All that came out by the witness was compliant with the highway code. In particular, the traffic light was orange and not red, but driver was calm and he didn’t argue with the policeman. Concerning the motorway, the witness reported that the driver slightly accelerated to overtake a truck, considering it was less safe to stay behind. We put our passengers’ safety above all the priorities and our drivers are constantly monitored to guarantee a safe and pleasant ride. We thought to take our cue from your review to improve the driving of our drivers and agreed with the driver who was carrying out your transfer to improving his drive, especially when overtaking. Dear Ana! Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, you cannot change the date or time of your ride, after you book/pay a transfer. You can only cancel the transfer and receive a discount code which you can use to book another transfer with the correct date and time. The discount code reduces the price of the new transfer. In case if you make a mistake when booking, in-between 24 hours contact our support centre via chat (you find it at our website at the bottom right side) and we will try to find solution for you if it will be possible. Our agents will be available live and directly replying every working day from 9am to 4pm. We also answer questions outside office hours, but with a short time delay. However, if you purchase the Absolutely No Worries package at booking, you may change the date and time of a booked transfer in cases when the flight is late, rescheduled or cancelled or if you have VIP refundable transfer. We always do our best to wait, if it is possible (if all the other passengers agree and if schedule of the driver allows such waitings), even dough we are not obligated to our Terms and conditions. However, it is not always possible to wait for customers who are late, because most of the transfers are also bound by pick-up and drop-off times of other passengers, some of them are travelling further, and also the drivers have very tight schedules. Otherwise, we suggest that you buy No worries package. With this special offer we guarantee you that in case you flight gets delayed at arrival or is rerouted to land at another airport, we arrange a new GoOpti transfer or another replacement transfer for free.
