GoOpti took me from the Airport in Venice to the one in Ljubljana and the service was awesome! The van is clean, spacious and comfy, the journey was quick and easy and the driver incredibly nice! Top Service!

My flight was late 1h and driver didn't want to wait.

Dear Aldijana! We appreciate you making us aware of your negative experience with our transfer. We always do our best to wait, if it is possible (if all the other passengers agree and if schedule of the driver allows such wailings), even dough we are not obligated to our Terms and conditions. However, it is not always possible to wait for customers who are late, because most of the transfers are also bound by pick-up and drop-off times of other passengers, some of them are travelling further, and also the drivers have very tight schedules. If you have time delay please inform us before your scheduled pick-up time. Only this way you give us the chance to do our best and to check for a possible solution. Otherwise, we suggest that you buy No worries package. With this special offer we guarantee you that in case you flight gets delayed at arrival or is rerouted to land at another airport, we arrange a new GoOpti transfer or another replacement transfer for free. Always using goopti when looking to get from A to B hassle-free. Last ride Venice-Ljubljana, the van arrived spot on, texts and emails received beforehand, great communication. Compliments to driver Damjan for putting safety first on the road, also great and knowledgeable guy to talk to. Reasonably priced for the level of service.

You will never get e refund, and if you do by sending 100 emails, they will not redeem your coupon money if the booking is of a smaller value of the coupon. Don’t recommend this company.

Nick, Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, you cannot change the date or time of your ride, after you book/pay a transfer. You can only cancel the transfer and receive a discount code which you can use to book another transfer with the correct date and time. The discount code reduces the price of the new transfer. However, if you purchase the Absolutely No Worries package at booking, you may change the date and time of a booked transfer in cases when the flight is late, rescheduled or canceled or if you have VIP refundable transfer. Pozdravljeni, pisem ker sem sokirana nad obnasanjem vasega voznika dne 15.6.2022, ura 15.10, Na BLedu. Vas voznik sivega kombija me je najprej izsilil na kriziscu, se dobro za hitre reflekse, da nisem trcila vanj. Ko sem mu potrobila, da me opazi in zmanjsa hitrost na kriziscu, mi je starejsi ‘gospod” pokazal sredinca. Jaz in moje sopotnice smo bile osuple in vam sporocamo, da naslednjic za prevoz na letalisce, sigurno ne poklicemo vas. Vam pa predlagam, da zaposlene naucite kulturnega obnasanja. Lp

Very bad experience with transfer. It took more then one hour from the Ljubljana airport to my location for my in advanced booked Goopti transfer. Transfer was given to Goopti partner provider, an unprofessional driver who was picking up new clients on the airport for 20% lower price and changing transfer route to their needs. Organisation of the transfer was pure torture. The driver behaviour was extremely unprofessional and Goopti reply was full of misleading information. They replied that tour route was already confirmed in advance. That is not correct as more than 80% of clients were new customers directly from the airport. The driver was super confused as to who should be at which address and he was in a hurry to deliver some of the new clients who had train leaving soon from Ljubljana. He simply ignored the fact that my address was just next to the first stop in Ljubljana. So he passed next to it and then returned again to the same address after leaving all new guests at their addresses. Just terrible and unprofessional service in general.
