I've been using them since 2014 for all my transfers to foreign airports in Italy and Austria. They were always reliable and punctual. The only complaint is that they do leave you in the airport 7 hours before the flight if you book the cheapest transfer window, so always pay few € extra to be delivered in a humane time - buy one of the middle options when offered. Otherwise a perfect transfer - they made a lot of my travels possible with connecting me to airports outside Slovenia. A very reliable service.

Avtobus sem naročil ob 7. uri zjutraj, posledično se v 2 urah avtobus ni pojavil, nihče ni poklical. Pot je bila plačana za dan pred odhodom. Zoprna storitev!

Their logo is affordable, reliable and profesional but it should be unaffordable (98€ for less than 130 km), unreliable (because of their flexibility window where they can leave you waiting on closed airport without food/drink for hours) and unprofesional (they will leave you waiting without telling you for delay possibility). Never travel with GoOpti. Never!!! Unhumanic, GoOpti!

Expensive and the driver was falling a sleep, driving in the middle of the road, left and right all the time. I asked him if he is ok and suggested we stop (nobody in the van was in the rush). We stopped but the horrible drive continued. Some people honked at us when they passed us. I felt scared for my life and very stressed. If drivers drive in the middle of night they should be rested and ready to drive. Would not recommend..

THE WORST SHUTTLE SERVICE EVER! My ticket was canceled due to pandemic and changed to exact same time but a day prior and they wouldn't change it unless I paid 30€. HORRIBLE DO NOT USE

GoOpti je v zadnjih letih precej izgubil na ugledu in je malo morje razočaranj. Poslovni model, ki temelji na čistem profitu (in zelo zanemarja udobje in zadovoljstvo strank), se na dolgi rok ne izzide. To, da ni telefonske številke, karmor lahkko pokličeš in vprašaš nekaj na hitro, mi res ne gre v glavo!

Sono un viaggiatore frequente, quindi il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto me è essenziale. Da quando ho conosciuto GoOpti non ho più cercato altri: sicuro e conveniente. Mi vengono a prendere a casa e mi ci riportano al ritorno, a un prezzo molto conveniente. Meglio di così non si può fare.
