Prezzi lievitati negli anni, oramai non e più conveniente come qualche anno fa...mi hanno cancellato il transfer ma non ho mai ricevuto il rimborso del biglietto call center inesistente.Sicuramente in giro ci sono tanti ncc noleggio con conducente più ecconomici, affidabili e puntuali.

This company is a joke.
I've been trying to contact them via every possible means for weeks now and they never respond. They took our money for bookings which they had to cancel due to Covid-19 but refused to provide a refund even though it's clearly against the terms of their booking policy. I've raised a claim with credit card company to try get a refund and also plan to report this company for their actions.

Cancelan los vuelos y cierran fronteras por la situación en la que nos encontramos. La mayoria de las empresas se hacen cargo y devuelven el importe a sus pasajeros. Ya que es un motivo de fuerza mayor. Pero ustedes no estan a la altura de las circunstancias y sólo ofrecen un vale para el próximo viaje. Y si no lo hay ? Me parece una falta de consideración!
Espero que recapaciten pues su reputación esta en juego.

Njihove storitve so tekom let izgubile na kvaliteti. Voziki so večinoma utrujeni in posledično neprijazni do uporabnika. Na žalost slovensko gospodarstvo ni vlagalo v javni prevoz, posledično so taka podjetja sploh vzcvetela. Uporabljati zgolj kot zadnjo opcijo.

Glede na zamude in brezglavo iskanje ljudi po letališču ter neorganizirano hlepenje za morebitnih dodatnih 3 EUR zaslužka, dejansko manjka še samo izvedba iz filma Ko to tamo peva, ko za "biznis" ustavimo kombi in potegnemo ven odojka ter ga spečemo na kakšnem avstrijskem parkirišču... Biznis je biznis...

You pay 80 Euro upfront , they change the collection point 24 hours before collection time . you now try find where they have moved collection point, they leave you behind, and blame you.
the passage had to pay an independent company 400Euro to get them to destination.
No apology…..its just your at fault, because your mobile did not connect and you did not get the change of collection point, while on route , and at the age of 79 , to have been traveling for 28 hours , you are tired, the experience makes you feel helpless.
