Booked a return shuttle service for a festival in Slovenia. We got to the festival OK, but the return shuttle never showed up. No answer on the customer service line. Left us stranded.

Very rude customer service and unreliable. They said I was late, but I never saw their car at my door. I ended up having to take the bus at central bus station. Use goopti or just take the bus.

The worst attitude ever! I booked with them and they never showed up!!! They wouldn’t answer my calls, they wouldn’t call me back, so I had to take an extra expensive taxi to catch my flight. Don’t use their service! Take Goopti, they are reliable and very good!
