When we went out, the driver was already waiting for us near the entrance. The driver was very polite and the car was perfectly clean.👍👍 Yes, it's sometimes takes a lot of time to get the answer by the website. But if you really need a transfer for a good price, it is possible to call. You can call by your mobile phone or by Viber or WhatsApp.

Me and my friend booked a transfer with a business package ( Business class). When you check on their website you can see the picture of BMW as a business class. Based on this picture we thought some nice BMW or even Mercedes will pick us up in front of our hotel. Unfortunately Ford S Max picked us up which I don't consider as a business class at all,just some higher economy class. We were a bit disappointed cause on the picture in their fleet for business class was BMW. I am not the VIP person,I am not the celebrity but yes I had expectations, based on the picture and the price I paid.So please change your pictures so people know in what vehicle they will be pick up. Thank you.

Clean cars and polite drivers. They come earlier than your time,that very good. On email I got confirmation , which must be confirmed . If you do not look your email and do not confirm,of course the car will not come, as happened with the man (Mihcael) who did not check e-mail and wrote a negative review down. That's not true! U must check E-mail and confirm transfer.

Shuttle didn't come. They send you an email with a booking confirmation, never come and then say, you had to confirm.

Zup prevozi helped us with two rides during our stay in Ljubljana. The second ride was an urgent situation and we were very thankful that they were able to respond so quickly to get us to the airport on time for our international flight. Highly recommend!!
