I bought my first car from AC Kondor, and while the staff was kind and helpful, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. When I drove the car on the highway for the first time, the front part of the car started shaking badly when braking. It turned out they hadn’t tested or checked the car before selling it. Luckily, their service team stepped in and fixed the issue, which wasn’t a big deal, but still, it was frustrating. When I traded in my old car as a deposit for that first one, I was disappointed again. They offered me a really low price for it, saying they don’t take care of older cars with high mileage. But later, I saw they were selling cars with the same year and kilometers, which felt unfair. I ended up selling that first car to my sister, and they were helpful with the transfer process. Damjan and Patrick made that part smooth. I had discount on charging fee because I bought car from them. For my second car, I trusted them and didn’t check it too carefully because it was newer and had very few kilometers. Unfortunately, two days after buying it, the car didn’t want to start—the battery was empty or something similar. I had to call roadside assistance, and the insurance charged at the end €80 because I needed their help, otherwise i wouldnt get charged almost anything for those few days. On top of that, I wasn’t happy with the driving comfort at all. It felt like old car with many kilometeres. After a few days, they agreed to take the car back but charged me a fee, which wasn’t great. So this experience with second car cost me 500€ all together. Overall, my experience with buying used cars here hasn’t been the best, but I do appreciate that most of the staff were kind and helpful. Aida at the help desk is great, and Mark at the service desk also did a good job. They look professional and everything, but I’m disappointed with their used cars and sorry for this bad experience. Žal je bil moj obisk v Avto Centru Kondor v Nedeljo popoldne zato je bil center zaprt. Imajo pa hitro polnilnico Moon za električna vozila katera deluje 24/7. Zelo urejen salon, okolica prav tako zelo lepo urejena. Predlog za izboljšavo: odprite polnilnico na 50kW, drugače vse super 👍🏻
