Desconfiad de esta empresa y si podéis, evitadla, para no sufrir una estafa. En junio de 2023 hicimos un viaje de 8 días, no más de 1400 kms por autovías y autopistas de Eslovenia y la Costa Croata. Todo fue bien en general, pero cuando volvimos a España, a los pocos días, recibimos unas fotos que adjuntamos y un mensaje en el que nos decía que habíamos quemado los discos y pastillas de freno por no haber utilizado el freno motor y añadía que es algo que ocurre cuando conducen mujeres y jóvenes. Le mostramos nuestro desacuerdo junto a un informe de un taller avalando que un deterioro como el que se mostraba en las fotos no corresponde al uso que le habíamos dado al vehículo. Le dió igual. A pesar de varios intentos para que entrara en razón, nos mandó una factura de dudosa validez con el IVA mal calculado, a su favor y se quedó con parte de la fianza (678,80 euros). En la actualidad hemos iniciado un proceso de reclamación a través de la Oficina Europea del Consumidor. Hemos aportado un nuevo informe de un mecánico que corrobora la imposibilidad de que el desgaste de los frenos pueda haber sido ocasionado por nuestra conducción, confirma la obligación del propietario del mantenimiento del vehículo y señala su responsabilidad por las consecuencias por el alquiler de un vehículo en mal estado. Nosotros no estamos seguros de que recuperemos el dinero, si estáis a tiempo, intentad no perder el vuestro.

Desastre de empresa. No lo recomiendo para nada. Solo intentan buscar el beneficio económico sin importar el resto de cosas. Mal educados y con mucha falta de transparencia. Mucho cuidado con ellos!!

We travel a lot around the world,so this time we chose Slovenia and Croatia for our business and fun trip. We thought it would be nice to see some of the landscape between the business days and rented a Motorhome from Bogdan. Beforehand we made sure the Motorhomes were in good conditions! Bogdan seemed to be a nice guy! We got the Motorhome and for the first 48 hours everything was perfekt! Than the clutch broke on a hill in Croatia! Bogdan told us,if the repair garage couldn’t fix the problem ASAP he would send us another Motorhome! The mechanics evaluated the Problem as leaking clutch oil and told us they would need 2 days to fix it. Encouraged of what Bogdan said and what he was, according to his own general conditions obliged to do, we thought we‘d get another camper on the spot,but then we ended up sitting on this parking lot 2,5 days,because first he didn’t have another camper to send us,then they had to wait for one to be returned and having it cleaned,and then they couldn’t send it to us,because there was no driver! In between they suggested us to have the Motorhome towed to the repair garage were we could spend the nights watching the guys repairing the clutch while eating breakfast and get a car to drive around or taking the bus back with all our luggage and food to get the other camper (which they said would only take 2 hours but in the real world 4,5 hours-we checked)! I mean,if you rent a camper you want a camper and not a car! Then they suggest to have the camper towed back to Ljubljana with us,which we agreed to,but that too didn’t work out in the end,because all of a sudden,the tow companies said,the motorhome was to big! We had to be back at a certain time for the job,so at the end,after using our vacation time to figure out the problem and couldn’t come up with an acceptable solution, we suggested that someone should pick us up! We arrived late at Ljubljana just to notice they had forgotten to put blankets and pillows in the new Motorhome and it had 16 degrees outside! We slept in our clothes,because nobody cared to bring us blankets! Afterall they tried to blame the broken clutch,the messed up transport solution and the missing blankets on us! They even tried to blame us for a little damage on the second Motorhome,which was already there when we got it,picture-and paper wise reported from us and the pick up guy luckily. Of course we had to pay the total amount of the renting sum and got no reimbursement! Not only were our few days (4 days in between the jobs) vacation messed up also were we treated as beggars. We were told we made a good deal by getting 25% discount in the first place (low season) which He offered us himself. That “good deal” shouldn’t exclude good service! As if we were not allowed to have good service,because we paid less! With all that has happened, nevertheless this was a very expensive stay! If you don’t get what you payed for,it’s not a good deal. After all, bogadan excused himself by not being able to react in a more proper way,because he was out of the country and handed everything over to his Robert guy who didn’t know his job at all,I’m sorry I have to say so! This is not the professional way of dealing with your customer and don’t be surprised of this review! I realy cannot recommend this company! The Motorhomes might be ok for most of the time, therefore 2 stars but if you are in trouble,you are in trouble! You can’t rely on them,because maybe next time he is out of the country again and all his Motorhomes are out! And as I said,we are used to a lot since we are traveling around the world 4 months a year, but never had such a bad experience! To bad!
