At Gregor Lisjak, we are passionate about producing the highest quality extra virgin olive oil. Our olives are cultivated in our own olive groves near Krkavče and are carefully harvested and processed in just a few hours using the cold pressing method. This ensures that our olive oil retains its exceptional flavor and health benefits.

Wir sind auf eine Empfehlung direkt zur Mühle gefahren, Gregor nahm sich sehr viel Zeit für uns (es war die Zeit vor der Ernte, früher oder später mag das sicher nicht in dem Umfang möglich sein), zeigte seine Bäume, erklärte die klimatischen Bedingungen, ließ uns einen Blick auf die Mühle werfen. Er bot uns eine Verkostung aller Öle an. Wir waren von der Freundlichkeit, der Transparenz und vorallem von den köstlichen Ölen begeistert und haben auch bis auf dine Ausnahme, die sich in persönlichem Geschmack begründet, alles gekauft. Wir haben nach einer neuen Quelle für Olivenöl gesucht, da wir schon seit 8 Jahren regelmäßig Olivenöl in Slowenien kaufen und sind bei Gregor Lisjak fündig geworden. Was für ein Glückstreffer :) Gregor hat sich die Zeit genommen uns seine Produktionsstätte zu zeigen und die Welt der Olebenöle näher zu bringen. Es war sehr nett dort und Gregor ist dazu ein äußerst netter Mensch. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle. Wir durften diverse Olivenöle testen, die alle von hoher Qualität und sehr schmackhaft waren. Dazu haben wir noch diverse andere Olivenöle probiert, die zum Beispiel mit Knoblauch, Limette oder Chili kalt gepresst waren. Alle sehr lecker aber das Olivenöl hatte immer die Oberhand am Gaumen. Erstklassig kann ich nur sagen. Was kann eine bessere Bewertung sein als diese. Wir werden Stammkunden!
