Terrible customer service. Booked a time to see a motorhome for sale after being told when to come and 5 minutes before leaving home they e mailed and say they have just sold it. Not a way to do business

As a couple, we bought a new Adria Twin Supreme. After 150 km we notice that the window is leaking and the mattresses are completely messed up. The built-in on-board battery is also draining somewhere. The mosquito protection roller blind in the side door, after 400 km only the threads are hanging. After 5400 km in the summer we wanted to use the Webasto auxiliary heater for ventilation. Error T12 and error 84. Webasto says the error lies with the installer. The build quality also leaves a lot to be desired, unfortunately a lot was overlooked in the beginning because of the joy. This was better with our other caravans and mobiles. Most dealers only deal with caravans and not Adria mobiles. I'm currently completely dissatisfied with Adria... I'm curious to see how many more phone calls I have to make before I get help. Every vacation was currently a waste of money and a failure.

Bitte keinen Adria kaufen. Ganz schlechter Kundenservice bei Reimo in Deutschland bei einem offensichtlichen Qualitätsmangel. Musste über 4 Wochen warten, bis mir mitgeteilt wird, dass 3 komplett undichte Leuchten nicht der Dichtheitsgarantie (7 Jahre, jährliche Kosten für mich ~150€) unterliegen und das ich mich damit abzufinden habe. Der Wohnwagen war keine 4 Jahre alt. Adria wird es nicht mehr.

Da mogu pisati recenziu moram dati zvezdicu,inače nezaslužuju nijednu,itovar je u pitanju,surfuju na telefonima kamion otvoren čeka 45 minuta i pretoga više od toga,dobro je da išta proizvedu....Hvala lepo.

Acquistato nel 2017 camper adria nuovo presso centri vacanze di Trieste. Dopo due anni, ho notato delle bolle nel sottotetto. segnalato a chi mi ha fatto l'ispezione annuale, risolto nulla. dopo 4 anni, con sottotetto umido, finalmente è stata fatta una rattoppata sotto la parabola (montata all'acquisto dal centro vacanze) però il sottotetto è rimasto con le bolle nonostante la garanzia adria dovrebbe garantire dalle infiltrazioni. A settembre scorso, mi sono accorto che il pavimento è diventato cedevole e con l'apparecchio mi segnala umidità. A dire del signor Corrado, dovuta al fatto che il serbatoio acque chiare era montato male. Mi è stato fatto un lavoro provvisorio e ho chiesto che mi ordinino il linoleum originale per poter fare un lavoro a regola d'arte. Dopo 8 mesi, ho contattato l'ufficio della ditta, nella persona della signora Cristina, che mi ha detto che si sono dimenticati di ordinare il pezzo. Ho cercato più volte di parlare col signor Corrado, che però non risponde al telefono. Telefonato oggi in ditta, mi è stato detto in pratica che non ha tempo. Concludendo dopo aver acquistato una roulotte nuova e due van nuovi, sono stato "scaricato" con il mezzo che marcisce, nonostante sia ancora in garanzia fino ad ottobre. Complimenti ad Adria e a chi la rappresenta.
