I had high expectations due to the premium price, hoping for a long-lasting product. However, after just over a year, the plastic knob connecting to the rubber has broken. I maintain my belongings well, especially my workstation, making the investment in this expensive item. Although I still love the product, the recent issue is disheartening. The loose pad suggests potential future problems. Exercise caution when purchasing, as the customer service response was lacking. Initially offered a 50% discount, but after reconsideration, communication ceased. Unfortunate to witness a great product coupled with subpar customer service and durability.

Got the large Carpio. Every time I used it, is just hurt my wrist. The quality of materials is really good, but I don't think it can work for all wrists. Got a memory foam rest afterwards, which I found much better.

Great Support, great products and definitely the best customer service I've ever recived! I srsly love the Carpio and also the Mat as surface itself. At the beginning it's kinda tricky to get used to it (as for me, who never used any arm rests at all, so no wonder :D ) but now, it's so comfy, i don't want to miss them at all. Doesn't matter if you play some Shooters, MOBA or RPG; I can asure you, that those products are worth every Cent! Even the Mails are kinda funny they send to make sure everything is fine.

I have the product for like 3 weeks now, it's good, takes time to get used to it, would be good if there would be some way to physically connect it to the mouse tho, so it's always on the same position, but that is probably impossible to do.
