Amazing product. Never had so good mat on my desk. Comfortable, building material, packaging, everything in the product is far beyond its value. I would recommend it in all cases. One small improvement comment : local post being not super reliable, think of sending the products over with more reliable courrier such as DPD, DHL, UPS. Can’t wait for a next product from you guys to come out !

The product caused severe wrist, arm and shoulder pain over the two weeks I used it. From my point of view this is a complete waste of money and you should spend your money on a better agronomical mouse instead.

I think the carpio is a functional product overall. But there are two big problems for which I have to deduct a star each. 1. There are no glide pads. This is such a rookie mistake I would account 1,5 or even both of the deducted stars to this. Teflon glide pads, as you can find them on every mouse, are incredibly cheap, even for consumers. So for a company they would be even cheaper (<1€ per unit probably). Fix this immidiately! I applied some aftermarket glide pads myself and the difference is incredible. 2. The two wrist pads come off very easily, as many others have already mentioned. Not such a big problem imo, but very annoying.

Good Quality Product. The DeltaHub Carpio Wrist rest works better than the other ones out there as it helps support my wrist all day while working. The design allows your whole hand to move with the mouse not just your wrist which in term reduces the stress of strained movement. I used to have wrist pain and decided to give this a try, have not had an issue with my wrist since. The ergonomic design fits well with my hand, it does take getting some used too since I transitioned from a standard stationary gel wrist wrest to the Carpio, but I am glad I invested in this product and have already recommended it to my Mother, Sister and Cousin for use.

As a person who constantly uses the computer. I can't go back to not using my Carpio. The moment I put my hand on my mouse and my carpio isn't there, I immediately feel uncomfortable. Even my wife who criticized it at 1st has begun using it.

Somehow comfortable but so small that coming from your keyboard to it is quite impossible task for gaming. Moreover you have like 90% chance to remove the pads when taking your wrist off. They advice you to glue it (no way to reimburse then ...) BTW reimburse = sending back the carpio by your own means so they can check if the product is in good shape to reimburse you. Oh and I didn’t mentioned the tons of marketing e-mails you will receive each week !!
