A complete waste of time. I´ve placed an order in 26APR and in the process to send it back to them, even after their receive the unopened package, until today (23MAY) - they still didn´t gave me back a full refund. The mambo-jambo talk started on the phone and via emails now, and for this $394GBPs order, I´ve had to involve my Company´s Lawyer - who charges me basicaly the same, but it is tracking it closely. Are you willing to buy some stuff from them? Want to some Honest advice? There are better, cheaper and way more reliable Companies around who will be sparing you all this headache. To not speak the peace of mind with making business with honest pepole.

I have a variety of Kriega kit which has served me very well for adventure style riding with different enduro bikes. I wanted to adapt some luggage and was initially annoyed I could not find contact details easily on the website. I was directed to a contact email address via a Facebook group, and received fantastic service - a pair of custom made straps for £15.50 including postage. Many thanks

So, having just gone to a GS Adventure LC I wanted soft luggage rather than the usual aluminium panniers. After hours (days 😲) of research I settled on Kriega. My OS- 32 landed and the quality of these soft panniers is evident as soon as you pick them up. Unfortunately despite all that time looking, I managed (my fault) to end up with Kriega Platforms that didn't fit the old pannier rack adapters I'd sourced second hand. One email later and all was resolved with what is probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. If my new OS panniers perform even half as well as the customer service team at Kriega, then I'm certain not to be disappointed .Thanks a lot Kriega!!!

What a fantastic product, we have run an adventure business now for 10 years and before we went to Kriega we must of replaced our bags every other week with the punishment we put them through, these bags are incredibly made and stand up to the toughest of challenges. We have 40 bags in total and have only needed to replace them twice in 7 years which is a damn site less often than the bikes! Customer service has also been brilliant and advice on how to fit to newer bikes when we have a stock change.

Possibly the rudest & most unhelpful company I’ve had the displeasure of trying to deal with! The arrogance of the person I spoke with beggars belief with him having a, “take it or leave it”, attitude. I’ve now found a superior product & will be selling my Kriega stuff on. For a product so quick to fly the UK flag, one needs to remember it’s all made in China. How I was so misdirected into paying hundreds of pounds for a products possibly made in questionable environments leaves me rather embarrassed.
