I am a customer from Osijek (Croatia) and today I bought a vehicle at Hand-Esko. The purchase went without a single obstacle, the vehicle is in tip-top condition, proper service history at an authorized service center, valid warranty, friendly and communicative sellers. In an hour, we solved all the paperwork (with a note, the seller drove me to the technical level and translated everything necessary) and the vehicle was ready for the journey back to Croatia. I would recommend Hand-Esko to anyone who wants a reliable vehicle and is afraid to buy it from Croatia (or any other country) because of the possible fear of paperwork due to importation. Sellers are familiar with the bureaucratic procedures in Croatia and know the approximate import prices and taxes, which greatly facilitates the process of purchasing a vehicle for the buyer. I recommend Hand-Esko to friends and family.

Special praise for the owner of Esad, a gentleman in the full sense of the word and a professional above all, he transported me with the company's vehicle and mediated the transfer of the car, contracting export plates and car insurance for a safe trip. I bought a car from them on 27/02/2024, in one month it got stuck on the road twice, the second time after their mechanic 'fixed all the faults'. - When requesting the purchase price back, the seller agreed that I was driving a dog (6 kg) in the car and therefore the car is now worth less. - When visiting the mechanic before the purchase, the car had equipment for changing the spare wheel, but the equipment miraculously ran out when purchased. Then they returned it to me. - The main boss of this circus, he is very uncommunicative, disrespectful and patronizing. What it says on the invoice about dealing with 'goods non-conformity' is obviously a joke, because every time I mentioned it, he just laughed, as if to say "you're naive." After a long argument, I managed to return the car and got some money back. But so many nerves were consumed by this car circus that no amount of money could prevent him from wanting to warn other potential buyers about the way this car business operates. Klasičan prevarant, kupio sam Peugeot 3008 star 5g, nakon mjesec dva crkla mi turbina, buduci da znam da kontrolisu kola i da su iskusni jer posluju 20 i vise godina, nema sumnje da nije znao da je turbina u losem stanju, i jos mi prodao auto bez stitnika za sunce kod suvozaca, pa mi je poslao stitnik koji ne valja pada non stop. Ukratko ne preporucujem ga jer hoce da prevari klijenta. Radnici su mu korektni.
