I recently visited a restaurant that serves horse meat burgers, and I was genuinely impressed! The bun was absolutely amazing—soft, fluffy, with a light, crispy crust. The patty was just as good: juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Horse meat has a unique and distinctive taste, but I found it surprisingly enjoyable. It was a great way to try something new and step out of my comfort zone. Combined with the sauce and fresh vegetables, the burger turned out to be a true culinary discovery. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

Hot Horse Tivoli used to be my go-to spot for an amazing horseburger, but sadly, those days are gone. I recently paid €11 for a burger that was just forgettable and mediocre. It’s disappointing to see how much they've declined, now just a shadow of their former glory

I really wanted to try a horse burger - although I should have turned around after entering the dirty and cold container. 23€ for 2 burgers and a dismissive portion of soft fries.

Пробовали тортилью. Не понравилось. Мяса мало. Овощи все очень холодные. Похоже на размороженные после заморозки. Соус похож на горничный очень кислый. Может быть другое блюдо было бы лучше. Но больше пробовать не хочется. Странно, что людей в заведении вообще не было. Для меня это показатель не популярного заведения.

My first horse meat. It was delicious. And the burger was huge. The guy behind the grill was very friendly and patient as I tried to navigate the menu. I got the full sized burger with nacho, ajvar sauce, and pickled jalapeños and lettuce. It was incredible. I wish I could eat two.
