Bad service, they got a simple order wrong twice, even forgot about it at some point. Got to wonder how hard it would be if you didnt know Romanian...but then at least you would be spared of listening to their horrible conversations. Avoid if possible

I try to avoid fast food outlets but sometimes it is necessary. Have eaten in them across Europe and with the possible exception of a Burger King in Halkyn North Wales have found them to be uniquely awful. The staff are uniformly useless. I sometimes wonder if they are bred on some ranch in the far steppes of Khazakstaan. Certainly if this is the case KFC Bucharest Station were the remedial class. The automated machines were out of order, but did mot tell you so. My food was late undercooked and cold. Complaining was a nightmare. Just gave up. Avoid at all costs.

Pentru serviciu și amabilitate dau o steluță pt că nu pot altfel. Băiatul care ia comanda cred că este mut iar fata care va prepară comenzile nu mai zic. Este foarte dezagreabilă , vorbește foarte agresiv nu mai zic de prezentarea comenzii pe platou . Mâncarea foarte sărată, puiul foarte prăjit la exterior și crud in interior. Client fidel la KFC dar pe acesta nu-l recomand

Nourriture exécrable. Sans goût. Salée à outrance. On cherche dans ce qu'on mange les épices du colonel Sanders. Il se retournerait dans sa tombe s'il voyait la nourriture à vomir que l'on nous sert ici.Ce n'est certainement pas du poulet roumain. 40 lei pour ça ? Une escroquerie. Si ce restaurant servait cette nourriture aux États-Unis il serait fermé déjà ou bien il n'aurait pas un seul client.

Very bad experience at Gara de nord KFC... I will order at this place chicken bucket.... And most of the pieces with still with little wings.... And it's with full of oily.... Worst experience

Nu este prima dată când comanda este incompletă, ba nu e un sandwich, ba nu sunt sosurile sau cartofii, de la manager până la angajați rămânem cu un gust amar
