I had a wonderful experience in this mcdonalds. Thanks to cubee who helped me immensely. Even though he was heading on his break, he still took the time to assist me.That shows his positive attitude. I asked him where he was from, and he mentioned india, but what really stood out was his respectful approach to customers . I have some negative experiences with customer service past, but cubee completely changed my peršpective .

McDonald’s has really stepped up the game with this location. If you wouldn’t know any better you’d think you have arrived at some cozy cafe. Walls of the upper floor which is dedicated for eating are dressed up in real wood, there are sofas, it’s spacious… could compare the look of it woth fine dining restaurants. The food? It’s Slovenian McDonald’s. Taste is great and the food quality is well maintained. Id say its quality surpasses at least half of the restaurants in Ljubljana.
