Bad service, my order was for takeaway and they didn’t even pack it, the staff was laughing and talking and not doing anything while my food was on the counter waiting to be packed correctly. They forgot to put a fork for the salad and a straw was missing too, not to mention two large fries that they didn’t even pack. Called to complain about the fries when I got home and realized, the guy on the phone was super nice but didn’t have a way of delivering it to me. Overall bad experience.

Želel sem priti sem po delhem dnevu na nekaj hrane ampak to kar me me je pričakalo je preprosto zlobno naročil sem 6 mc nuggetev ali znate šteti 1 2 3 4 5 6 in dobil sem jih? 🥁🥁🥁 3! Kako si drznejo. In potem sploh nisem dobil denarja nazaj preprosto zlobno. Ne pridite sem če imate radi hrano.

Es un sitio de paso , con las hamburguesas clásicas de Mc Donald y buenos postres típicos del país a un muy buen precio, una linda terraza y una planta baja agradable , sin embargo el acceso no es posible para personas en silla de ruedas, la limpieza es aceptable pero no excelente, las instalaciones no poseen el mantenimiento suficiente en la parte de arriba y no cuenta con un espacio de juegos para niños a pesar de ser un edificio propio y no parte de algún shopping.

One star is honestly too much. If I could, it would be 0. First of all, upon ordering and using 400 points to buy a burger with a coupon, the ordering system automatically cancelled it, without refunding the points. Second of all, after reporting the problem, we received a 1.70 € hamburger, instead of the 4+ € burger we initually ordered. Third of all, for some reason my coca cola was see-through and bland, so I assume it was 40% water 60% coke. Fourth of all, for some reason napkins aren't automatically placed onto the tray and customers have to ask for them, a bit lazy but not as annoying as the previous 3 reasons. Not worth going here, just go somewhere else. Cheers.
