O experienta pe care nu o doresc parintilor insotiti de copii, atunci cand atitudinea personalului de la intretinere si de la paza lasa de dorit. In astfel de conditii, un copil care asista la jignirea agresiva si nejustificata a mamei sale, de catre doamna care strange gunoiul, sustinuta perfect de un coleg de la paza, care a insistat (felicitari pt solidaritate, dar sa va fie rusine pt minciuna) ca baiatul meu nu a stat la masa, iar eu inventez povesti, nu va ramane cu amintiri placute de la a manca la acest fastfood. Oricum, situatia putea fi verificata simplu si rapid pe camera, si - chiar si in eventualitatea in care, prin reducere la absurd, as fi gresit cu ceva - nimic nu impiedica pe nimeni sa vorbeasca cu ton normal si civilizat, fara jigniri si amenintari. Dar asta tine de educatie si bun simt, pentru unii asta reprezinta o avere, altii nici nu stiu ca exista. Felicitari, McDonalds, personalul "calificat" de care dispuneti a stricat ziua unui copil!

Burgers taste like dry paper. No cold beverages and no ice cubs. They charge a $1 US for a small package of ketchup for your fries. Bathrooms are so dirty and huge lines. Cockroaches spotted in the dining room. You can do better than this McDonalds, even for Romanian standards this was unacceptable.

If you are at Gara de Nord in Bucharest, do yourself a favor and go to this McDonalds. First of all, it has a bathroom that is 10x better than rest of the train station bathrooms. You have to pay 2 leu to use the other ones, and they are gross smelly, and have no toilet paper. I saw so many flies and one giant mosquito in the train station bathroom, and I didn't even go because there was no tp. This McDonalds bathroom is a must see. It is a bit confusing to use. You can find the code to get in on the bottom of your receipt. So yeah, you are supposed to pay in order to use it, but I did see some people waiting around until other people left to get in the open door. The bathroom has an interesting design once you're inside. There's one door after you walk in, and inside that door, it splits into men and women's restroom. There's nothing to indicate this for some reason. So unless you see the inside when someone else walks in, you might think that it's a single use restroom, but it's actually not. Inside the men's restroom, it splits into another door that separates the stall form the urinal. Plus it has tp, so 5 stars. Second amazing thing about this McDonalds is that it has AC. Gara de Nord has no AC since it is partially outside, so it's super hot and humid. You can cool off quite quick in here. My wife says the service was quite nice as an English speaker too, so that's a plus. Overall, this McDonalds a must visit place if you're at Gara de Nord in the summer.

In gara de nord exista un restaurant adevărat acum este acest Mac, s-au repezit să prindă locația în anii '90, și să ne facă fericiți. Se pare că unii chiar apreciază, le place burgeru' , îl savureaza, se simt cetățeni ai planetei.

Toalete murdare, cu un miros fetid. Timp de așteptare foarte mare, locație foarte aglomerată având în vedere amplasamentul dar cu aspect neîngrijit.
