I am not pleased with the service... lack of staff... and the staff is very poor with english language that is very bad since the location is at the train station. Also the menu is only on romanian.. no english.

Nu incurajez frecventarea fast food-urilor. Dar daca situatia o impune, mai ales in cazul calatorilor, in Gara de Nord, McDonald's reprezinta una din solutii. Punct pozitiv: angajatii (nu se misca intotdeauna repede, insa sunt politicosi si serviabili). Negativ: aglomerat (dar asa este un gara).

Cozi interminabile, uneori iti greseste comanda, servetelele de obicei sunt optionale, dar produsele sunt bune, in parametrii Mc...toaleta inpracticabila, terasa de regula este ocupata de tineri care o folosesc ca pe sala de asteptare ori consuma mancare adusa de acasa ori de la alte restaurante :))
