We visited Unomás on a busy friday, which they were not prepared for. I understand it but nevertheless it hindered the experience, since they ran out of limes and beans, yet still charging full price.
Tried all three "taco" options and to my surprise the vegetarian option was better than the other two. The beef taco was certainly a huge letdown, because the meat was so hard and flavourless, so stiff it kept it's shape in perfect small cubes... The pork one was just ok (the meat was dry as well). The food got cold really fast too, after finishing the first one, the other were already cold.
The sauces are well made, but because the tacos themselves were bland, you could basically only taste the sauce.
I did enjoy the taco bread, tasted as it should. I loved that i got to see it be freshly made.
If the tacos were delicious I wouldn't mind the price, but as mentioned I did regret buying all three options.
The staff was friendly, but noticably stressed, really cannot blame them though! It is more of an organisational issue and not the workers'.
I don't quite understand the design choice, since it looks like an american diner and less like an authentic mexican stand, since they're calling themselves a "Taqueria"

Before anything I would like to emphasise that the staff was lovely and very professional considering how busy they were on the day I visited.
As for the tacos themselves and it's presentation... I found it to be lacking. The vegetable taco didn't have much flavour. As for the meat options they were also rather disappointing. Especially the beef, which was basically cold and luke warm at best. It was also very rough and chewy.
There is a selection of sauces but those unfortunately didn't enhance the tacos but instead really just overpowered.
Lastly while I realise that it was busy, I still think it's an issue to run out of the basics such as beans, limes and even guacamole. This meant that the staff had to overcompensate with other ingredients that were still at their disposal. This could also be the reason for the unbalanced flavours and odd after taste.

An outstanding addition to Ljubljana food scene. Traditional tacos and the decor immediately transport you to a Mexican cantina. A must visit when in Ljubljana.

Tacos are without taste and the bread smells weird. Maybe it’s just me and don’t know what it should taste like. Something was missing. :)

The Vegetal taco was not that tasty, especially the cheese was bad(got a plasticky taste) . But Al pastor taco was good 3,5/5. Carne asada was also not so good 2/5.

The atmosphere is very hip and vintage taqueria, so really great! The staff are also very kind and quick.
The real problem is the prices. For a lunch you need at least 5 tacos, but with the cost of a taco at 3,3€ that means around 15€ per person, without a bevarage. This is crazy expensive for some basic tacos they offer... The food is okay and I would say its is authentic but the alure of mexican food is that you get great tasting food for a low price = fast food. This is not it...

I was REALLY happy to find this place randomly today! It’s pretty hard to find authentic latin food in Ljubljana, so anytime a spot opens up, I get very excited. And I was very eager to try these tacos.
Although the menu is very small, they offer a fair selection of tacos. Pork, Carne Asada and Veggies! (Sorry if I’m missing any!)
I had one veggie and one carne asada. The staff were SUPER friendly and informative! The older gentleman who attended me was so kind!
When you get your tacos, you are directed to an area which has PICO DE GALLO!!!! And it was SO GOOD. I’m a huge pico de gallo lover, and it really complimented my tacos! :) They also have salsa picante which I believe is homemade.
The interior design is also very fun! I love the decor.
Everything was great. I can’t wait to come back again.
(I hope you guys can add tortillas y guacamole to your menu in the future! Prosim 🖤)
ALSO! For those of you who are not aware, tacos are expensive in most cities you visit. In my opinion, I think 3-4€ for a taco is a pretty valid and fair deal. You’re not going to find cheaper tacos anywhere else.

Bad experience with the "tacos" because those are NOT tacos, seems but not !
Carne asada taco was more beans onion and coriander than "carne asada".
Pastor only taste like "salty thing"
Salsas without flavor and nothing a little spicy.
But the worst thing was "tortillas" I don't know what are made of but certainly not 100%corn, it was a mix with sesame seeds I think, and Mexican tortillas doesn't contain sesame.
Finishing, when I questioned the "tacos" to the personnel (neither of them Mexican) the guy said that the "Tortilla masa" comes from Germany !
In Ljubljana I had a BETTER place to eat TACOS with REAL CORN TORTILLAS, a lot of meat, instead onion, beans and coriander BY THE SAME PRICE OR LESS.
Sorry, no more "uno más".
