Izjemna restavracija v samem središču Ljubljane, kjer nas je osebje toplo sprejelo. Obiskali smo jih med tednom restavracij. Natakar je bil izjemno prijazen, zabaven in pozoren. Hrana je bila okusna, prefinjena in predstavljena na izviren način. Kljub nekoliko višjim cenam je obisk zagotovo vreden, saj ponuja nepozabno kulinarično doživetje.

Odlična izkušnja, ki je presegla pričakovanja. Hipster, pa ne preveč, casual, ampak še vedno uglajeno in popolna atmosfera za res gurmanski užitek. Postrežba izvrstna, počutiš se res prijetno, še posebej pa moremo prehvaliti natakarja Francija, ki je celotno izkušnjo naredil popolno. Well done, še pridemo, tudi drugam. 🤤👏✨

Лучший винный бар Любляны. В меню примерно 180 этикеток, из которых большая часть - оранжевые. В меню очень гастрономичные тапасы. Все очень вкусно. Обслуживание в лучшую сторону отличается от других мест Любляны - очень душевно. Любимое место, готов возвращаться Стол лучше бронировать

We chose the 6 course tasting menu at TaBar and it was fantastic! The food was presented beautifully and explained with care, as well as tasting delicious. The wine pairing alongside this was excellently matched and enhanced the whole experience. The quality was exceptional and quantity was perfect for the number of courses presented. The atmosphere was also lovely and it felt refined but not pretentious. Our servers Andraž and Aida were knowledgable, friendly and really took us on a journey from course to course. It was a brilliant opportunity to taste a range of food and wine and we also learnt a lot about Ljubljana. Would highly recommend.

Great food and a huge selection of local wine. Prices are a bit high but worth it for the quality of the meal. Great attention from the kitchen to my wife's food allergies, not always like that.

The restaurant has obviously evolved from a normal tapas bar into something special. The 6 or 9 course ‘taster menu’ is easily fine dining with each course a match for anything we have experienced in fine dining restaurants in the UK. The menu is not really descriptive and does not do the dishes the justice they deserve. Here they celebrate good solid taste and flavours and they enhance them to a level we have not experienced before. The strength of the parmesan foam with the cherry tomatoes, the sweet jell which only slightly softened the grilled cheese, and a celery sorbet which was an ideal and original pallet cleanser. Joy! The service was excellent and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and also provided a personalised wine flight to compliment the dishes using local wines. The restaurant is about to move to new premises separating a fine dining area from the bar, very much part of their continued evolution, so the current premises lacked some atmosphere. Highly recommended - go with an open mind.

Great service, great food, very creative and crafted on the point. Awesome winelist! All from Slowenia! Also the very professional, friendly waitress ( blonde, well spoken English) from Croatia gave us a tip to go to brela, where we are staying now. Please tell her that it is the best tip we had so far!

Incredible dinner experience, highly recommend. My friend and I split the six course tasting, and even though we had no clue what we were getting, we loved every bite and portions were slightly larger than we've seen at similar types of restaurants. Our waiter was excellent and explained every dish in detail, while being able to accommodate allergies and providing numerous wine recommendations from the extensive local wine list, all of which we enjoyed. Plus, we loved being able to sit outside on a beautiful night. The restaurant was tucked away and totally unassuming (without a local recommendation, we may have never seen it) but offered one of the best meals I've had in a long time!

Obwohl fast alle Tische unbesetzt waren, bestand das Personal darauf, dass man nur ein Glas Wein trinken kann wenn man auch essen bestellt. Nur ein Glas Wein trinken ist hier nicht möglich. Auch wenn das Restaurant leer ist.

This place is going after a Michelin star. They are almost there. Fabulous food, local ingredients, bold flavors, using some fermentation with a lighter touch. Great meal.

Wir haben das 6-Gänge Menü gegessen. Es war ganz wundervoll, das Essen war sehr lecker, der Kellner absolut aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Eine perfekte Mischung. Uns wurde eine Art kleiner Orangewein-Weinprobe angeboten mit 4 halben Gläsern zum Preis von 2. Das war Fabelhaft. Von der Präsentation der Speisen bis hin zu den Löffeln der Nachspeise war alles brilliant. Unser Kellner Franci hat einen wunderbaren Job gemacht. Großes Kompliment.
