The aesthetics of this location is beautiful. But the service is slow and the food is Mid .It was nothing spectacular. Do not order the crab dip! It’s pasty and there’s no old-bay seasoning in it. I barely taste crab. The bread that came with the order was hard as a rock . I had to replace it with the salsa and guacamole, which was really good. I ordered the Mojo rotisserie chicken. I rate it a 7/10 . Also just a sidenote 20% gratuity is included for a group of five or more. I didn’t order liquor, but I had the homemade raspberry lemonade excellent! The place is a good vibe for a nice photo op.

I use to LOVE Lenas. I have been many times. The wings were great and the pizza with charred kale and hot honey amazing! But on my last visit we sat at the bar. I noticed something moving near the ingredients and yup it was a mouse just as I see others have posted. It crawled across the counter. Okay so those that don’t know Alexandria has mice especially near the water in Old Town of course BUT this place is not by the water. And when I jumped up and grabbed the waitress she brushed it off and then the manager comes over. We refused to pay for the food and was then told they had to charge us for the drinks!! We paid and will NEVER RETURN. Do better Lenas staff do better… 🤮

We’ve patronized Lena’s Loft since 2020, always finding it welcoming, of great value and diverse options — especially the Bar area. The only room for improvement; please constrain your salt additions, particularly for salmon, sauces, and cook meats. Otherwise, Lena’s is always well worth a visit, especially on nights with live music.

Love the beer garden which is dog friendly with a great menu 🐾. Great flavors and amazing pizza. Might be pricey. The starters can’t miss. They have dessert but we didn’t try them all YET

The place is uniquely designed which I think is the main attraction here. The food was okay, I would say the price of the food does not match the quality and taste of it. It’s over priced in other words. The pizza was tasty. Fun place to try.

So this place has a pizza place downstairs and a "theme" restaurant upstairs. We sat upstairs in a very cool atmosphere. However, my steak was so small I had to also order a pizza to be full. The server was efficient but not super friendly. The beer was almost warm.

Beautiful place and great tasting food! We went there for a birthday celebration, the place was not too crowded due to it being midweek during lunch. All the dishes we tried were good, calamari, Margherita pizza and Mushroom pasta. The tiramisu was excellent! They have a dedicated parking area. Overall, it was a great experience. We can't wait to go back for dinner next time. They have a special menu during dinner featuring Cuban dishes . They have vegetarian options available.

I planned a birthday dinner for my best friend. I decided on this restaurant due to the 2K positive feedback. The ambience was beautiful and the food was great. The server and timely service was a huge downfall in which made this restaurant not recommendable to others. Unfortunately gratuity was already added to the bill in which we figure why the service was poor. This restaurant did not leave a good impression on us and maybe one day we will circle back around but as of now, its a no.

Service was alright. Atmosphere NOT SO MUCH! Celebrating a friends graduation when a creature decided to pay us a visit! A MOUSE at our feet! Jonathan, the manager on duty pretty much brushed it off and said there was no way to compensate us. He stated the GM Bill said there is nothing they would do. You would think with celebrating such a big event and given the automatic 20% gratuity there would be some type of compensation. All he did was come over and patch the hole with some duck tape and say “I don’t know how this happened.” ⚠️BE AWARE ⚠️

A cozy, neighborhood eatery with a good selection of pizzas and entrees. Nice beer and wine choices as well. We celebrated a birthday on Thanksgiving evening and had a relaxing time with good food and quick service. Update 7/3/24: We'd hoped for a relaxing evening on the beginning of a slower holiday weekend. Unfortunately our overly familiar server, who offered several times more information than asked, while not listening particularly well to our response or what we were saying, felt more like a continuation of a work day. The person who delivered our food, unfortunately, was unintelligible to either of us, and we both speak other languages, including Spanish. Not the first time this has happened. Should a manager choose to discuss this I'd be glad to do so (we mostly wanted to cut the dinner short when at the restaurant). 8/16/24: I downgraded my previous 4-star rating, sadly, based on my above review of July 2024, and a lack of management response. :-(

What a great restaurant! The atmosphere is clean, huge, and beautiful. The service was excellent and all of the employees were very kind. We came for the Kids Pizza Making Class, which was fun. We also ordered some pizzas that tasted wonderful! They even have options for individuals with dietary restrictions, if that's a must for you. Certainly a great option for a date night or to catch up with friends and family!

Havana 151 - it’s on the Loft of Lena’s!! Visits this place dinner and drinks with friends - what an amazing experience it was! The exclusiveness of it all - had an exclusive menu and drink menu to select from as well as the regular menu! The drinks were phenomenal and extensive selection - great job bartender, the foods were delicious - we had chicken, calamari, plantains, guacamole, ceviche and shredded pork —all very flavorful also a birthday dessert which were cannolis - the atmosphere is breath taking—we will be back as the service from the host to the waiter and bartender were all phenomenal!

It's taken 4 years too long to get to this place. We came in for Brunch to celebrate my husbands Birthday a few weeks ago to the Havana 151 restaurant upstairs - it was amazing! The food, the service and the vibe....We can't wait to go back!! A week or so later we came back for lunch to Lena's and to take advantage of national lasagna day...SO glad we did. Ordered 3 of their UNBELIEVABLE lasagna to go, (I need to pick up my lasagna game at home), glad we ordered 1st as they sold out in 20 mins...and I could taste why. Then we ordered some panini's for lunch...But..prices are a bit high ($17 for a meatball sub)...and they seemed short staffed at lunch. We'll be back but if they adjusted their pricing a bit we would be back wayyyy more.

Horrible service. Broken air conditioning. While Lena’s is normally a solid choice for food in the Del Ray area, our latest dinner experience will make us pause at going back. The food as always was good, but the wait staff were having a very bad evening. We could not get anyone’s attention for service, to order a dessert or a follow on drink, or to even ask for the check when we gave up on ordering anything else. We were ignored by wait staff who were covering other tables. On top of all of this, the air conditioning is not working properly and the only ventilation is from huge fans inside the restaurant. On these hot days it was rather unfortunate. We hope they get back to more reasonable standards soon. Until then we will avoid Lena’s.
