My review: I recently had an experience at a restaurant and I would like to share my review about one of the waitresses. From the very beginning, our waitress Sam introduction left me feeling unwelcome. Her demeanor was distant and unfriendly, which made me and my party of 6 feel rushed. There was no warm atmosphere or sense of hospitality. Unfortunately, her customer service was borderline poor. The lack of friendliness and warmth made it difficult for us to enjoy our dining experience. It's disappointing because it's the customer service that often makes or breaks a restaurant visit. Based on this experience, I don't think I would patronize that establishment again. It's crucial for waitstaff to create a welcoming and pleasant environment for customers, and unfortunately, this waitress fell short in that regard.

The start of our family reunion was dinner at Lena’s. What a great decision that was. Bill the manager was helpful in planning the right location in the restaurant for the gathering of about 18. Nick the bartender was so very attentive to our needs at the communal tables making sure he was top of everything with the food and beverages. Definitely recommend and hope to go back in the not too distant future. Great apps and all types of food and great selection of adult beverages. We were in the Taphouse but the restaurant upstairs looks stunning and very inviting for another event.

We ate here after a Marine Corps Friday Night Parade. It was one of the few places still open after 11:00pm. It was delicious! I look forward to eating here again!

Havana 151. People were nice. But, bartender had hands in his pocket, touched his face multiple times, was on his phone for a while, then proceeded to grab a giant ice cube barehanded to put in a drink. Even though the service was good, I don't want to take a stop at the cross contamination station.

I've been into this place over 20 times and I was never disappointed. Great pizza, nice drinks and cocktails and very friendly staff. Side note: you must try their eggplant Parmesan

Love the Tuesday night live music, but last time we were there, the waitress tried to charge us for 2 meals that weren't ours. I understand accidents happen, but she blamed the expediter for bringing the meals to our table when she clearly put it in the wrong tab. Check your charges there, people! They bring the hand held to the table, so it feels rushed, but be careful. I bet she would have collected from the other table then changed one of the checks and kept the money.

Disclaimer: expectations were high and we arrived at the worst possible time for a pizza place cutting corners on Neapolitan pizza. I also hate leaving anything other then 5 stars, but your messing with a passion when you say “Neapolitan Pizza”. This place has all the pieces for the ultimate experience. It’s a great atmosphere, they seem to have great ingredients, style, however their claim for a true Neapolitan pizza falls short on several markers. At the top of the list the dough is flat, soft, and not much flavor. That’s NOT a Neapolitan pizza! I would expect more time and it would have been worlds different then when we walked in at opening hour. The chef should know better than to cut, pull, round and serve a pizza that fast, and if they don’t they need a new pizza chef. I hope to revisit and change this review.

The atmosphere was phenomenal. The appetizers were sooo good. The mains and drinks took WAY too LONG. Our server disappeared for long periods of time with no one checking on the table no one running drinks and no managers to be found. Very disappointing experience. Not worth the price tag. The main dishes were cold and lacked flavor.

Lena's was great! I had the Diavola pizza and a couple local beers that were on tap (great selection btw). The Diavola is one of their specialties with spicy sopressata salami, mozzarella, fried kale, calabrese pepper hot honey. I missed the hot honey when I ordered it, but you couldn't miss it on the pizza, amazing. Our sever Michaela was new, but did a great job. Highly recommend!

Came in from out of town for work and tried somewhere new, I informed the waitress I had an allergy to tomatoes and was told the tomato could be taken off. The dish came covered in tomato sauce. Thankfully the waitress noted that I wasn’t enjoying my meal and offered to comp it and make something new. The pasta was the best I’ve ever had!

When entering Havana 151, there was an elevator that took you up to the main dining where you were back in 1950s Cuba. The atmosphere was wonderful! However, my girlfriend's and my first drink were not the best. She ordered the spicy pineapple jalapeno margarita, which was a special. Overall, the drink tasted fine, but it was too heavy on the alcohol, so it overpowered the other flavors in the drink. My frozen piña colada was sour, heavy on the alcohol, and had too little coconut. I only had a few sips before deciding to not continue with the beverage. Now to the appetizers. We ordered the crispy brussel sprouts and whipped feta. Both of those were delicious and would recommend! To the main course! My GF ordered the roja vieja. She overall liked the dish but did not have further comments. For my meal, I had the paella. Unfortunately, it was only okay. It lacked flavor, the rice was overcooked, and traditional short grain rice was not used. The service. Our server was nice and knowledgeable but never asked how our food was or if anything was needed. Overall, the vibe was wonderful but the food we had was nothing to be overly desired.

We enjoyed Havana 151 at the loft at Lena's. ... wonderful atmosphere... the Brazilian band was such a nice touch 🎵🎵🎵appetizers were fantastic! Guac delicious - mango salsa - soooo yummy. My niece loved the beef tacos! My ceviche was just ok... lacked flavor. Sweet plantains were were a bit on the dry side for me. Cinnamon apple donuts were a little burnt. My sister had the farro bowl and said it was okay. Drinks were delicious. Would Def. Comeback to try Italian.

Great wood fired pizza place. Pizza was excellent, as were meatball appetizer. Service was excellent, super on top of drink refills.
