The service slow and poor. No one ask if we want to refill water or my wine. Have to asked three times for more bread. We spent $300 for 4 of us and would expect the services. The foods and atmosphere are perfect and well done. Would like to return but a better service.

In a post covid world, grazing tables (aka buffets) is gross. At a minimum, I would expect the establishment to provide an option to participate or not. Your website should inform guest that they are required to participate in the $65 pp brunch menu till 4:00 on Sundays. As someone with food allergies this was a horrible experience. Additionally we were there for 2 hrs and we didn’t have time to eat dessert.

Absolutely fantastic service! We had a party reservation at Bloom & Bee this past weekend, and Server Travis went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. From timely refills to accommodating special requests, Travis handled everything with a smile and genuine warmth. His excellent service truly enhanced our celebration. Highly recommend asking for Travis when you visit Bloom & Bee! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a little hard to find but once I did everything went well. Customer service was fantastic, the food was phenomenal ( had the steak and eggs). I definitely will be returning

I had the best time yesterday at Bloom & 🐝 💕 I was greeted kindly, checked on throughout my time here, server, Eddie was great! Along with the other staff- courteous & friendly The drinks were so pretty & delicious!! I had two different kinds & the presentation was lovely. Next time, definitely trying the dessert!

I treated myself to dinner here and will say that the food and service were excellent. My server, Eddie was so sweet and accommodating. Joshua and Emily checked in on me periodically as well. I ordered the Spaghetti A La Vongole with a glass of La Spinetta. Both exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to return. My only gripe is the Pink Flamingo is teeny weeny for $19 but it was delicious.

Did the brunch. My main entree, the gnocchi, was terrible and hardly edible. Definitely the worst gnocchi I’ve ever had. Everything else was good. Great service!

I came in 4/7/23 around 11a.m. for my 21st birthday. I forgot my ID which i know was my fault but I still tried ordering a drink with the rest of the party. I was asked for my ID first and I explained to her that it was my 21st birthday and that i mistakenly forgot my ID but that i had 2 picture ID forms on my phone i could use. She went to get the manager which he then told me was against policy and well i understood and juzt decided to drive 25 minutes to get my ID and 25 minutes to return while my party was seated waiting for me. After returning and sitting down i ordered my drink and my friends tell me that no one but myself got their ID checked which i find ridiculous and absurd. Plus our server was slow she came a total of 4 times to our table and the food was just bland and over priced.

Such a great experience! It's such a cute and girly restaurant. The food is delicious, the staff is amazing, and the atmosphere is gorgeous. Onui was our waitress and she was professional, personable, and a great representation for Bloom and Bee!
