WOW, what an amazing experience! This restaurant ticks all of the boxes with flying colours: the food, venue, atmosphere and service. They have a wide selection of well thought out starters, mains and desserts. The food is high-quality and adds to the luxury dining experience. Worth the money!

Miserable - to be more clear: the hotel, bar and restaurant look pretty nice. The reality: very expensive, medium quality food and overstrained service. It is definetly not the fault of the service people it is the unablility of the management. The place needs a total reset with respect to organization. P.s. Do you wanna eat a dessert served like this having no napkin? Be prepared to use your covid mask to clean the spoon cause you will not get a new dessert or a napkin 🤮

The pizza is amazing and had we stayed in the restaurant, im sure i would have found the food likewise. We didn't because for some reason, pizza place and the restaurant are strictly separated which makes it family not so friendly. Edit to add, post owner response: It is worth noting that deserts are in fact shared across both facilities.

Hi Vincenc, Thanks for the visit and your comment. It is true, the pizzeria Caprizza and Restaurant Capra are separated. It is simply because the offer is very different. We offer sourdough pizza in Caprizza and Mediterranean elevated cousin in Capra. However, in Capra we dishes prepared especially for children are available. It is not pizza, but we believe gnocchi, pasta or fish are a good alternative. We would love to hear your feedback on a next occasion! 😊

In the totally empty restaurant they offered the worst places. After we say is it not a good for us, they offered a little better places. When we asked why can we sit the best places (5 empty tables with views) they said those tables are reserved. Some has reserved sing some has not has. After we eat somewhere else. One hours later we see that 5 tables was still empty... Congratulations! The owner of the restaurant is very happy to see, the employees working hard to keep a restaurant empty. (We was elegant and well dressed)

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to see the interpretation of the situation is such. Tables you wanted were previously booked and considering the average time a guest spends in our restaurant is 2 hours we were unable to offer you those specific tables. However, 2 different tables were proposed as a solution but unfortunately were not to your taste. In order to avoid this kind of situation we always recommend to book a table in advance. On our website capra.si a simple form can be found to make an online booking for next days or simply make a call. (There is no need to over dress! We believe a lot of our guests are here on vacation, to relax…so that is why the outfits are out of the question!) We believe your next experience will be positively different! 😉
