In my opinion, one of the better culinary restaurants in Ljubljana. We took the 7 course menu and the combination of the different ingredients matched well. The sommelier matched the wines perfectly with each dish, or gave a wine to your liking upon request. The story surrounding the wine demonstrates the sommelier's knowledge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is also done with a smile. Small tip: on the menu with the five or seven courses, include the option of matching wines. That way wine lovers know they can get a matching wine with every dish.

A vivid small place with kind and helpful staff and a very delicate touch for food. Liked the playfulness of the seafood dishes. They change the whole menu in about a month and try to use seasonal resources.

Prijetno odkritje v centru mesta, priporočam obisk. Kulinarika je na višjem nivoju, jedilnik je sezonski degustacijski in cenovno popolnoma sprejemljiv, vinska karta zanimiva. Imajo tudi dnevno ponudbo v času kosila.

The bistro might be new, but the team is very expirienced from a previous venture. The service is very attentive and knowledgeable and the food... amazing. We will be coming back for sure. Book your table before they are sold out. Georgie is THE bistro for every foodie.

Most unpleasant experience. We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday. By mistake we came 20 minutes earlier. Although there were just few tables occupied, they couldn’t try to find any options for us and asked to go out and wait in the 6 degrees temperature in rain.

We apologize for the situation, but at the given moment we really did not have a free table for 4 people that you reserved, as the guests who were using the table in front of you were just leaving, because they had been warned in advance that they only had time until your arrival. If you were offered any other table at that moment, one of the guests coming would be left without one. If you had come at the time you reserved, this would certainly not have happened. If you had come back at the time you reserved, as we kindly asked you to, we are sure that you would have left our restaurant satisfied. We apologize once again for the situation, but at that moment there was nothing else to do but to ask you nicely to come at the reserved time. Greetings

Fuimos dos veces, la primera la comida fue SUBLIME , quisimos repetir y volvimos para tomar el menú degustación, que estába MUY bueno, pero no tanto como los platos del primer día. El servicio magnífico ambas veces. Lo único que le quito una estrella es por la música. Muy alta. Y a veces muchos gritos entre la gente de barra-cocina. Aún así, es súper recomendable.
