It was a very tasty lunch. Will come to visit again soon. Usually when I ate 3-course meals in restaurants at least one was underwhelming in taste. Not the experience here! All courses were performing great.

Overall a good experience and value for money. However for 5* I expect the beef to be better. The cheeks needed more time to dissolve the fat. For 5* Service I expect recommendations and definitely a polite request if everything is allright - which has not happened a single time during our 3-course meal. Ambiente is good and modern, but nothing special. Sometimes less is more. Personally I found the individual courses too big and would have paid the same amount of money for 3/4 of the portions. After 3-courses I felt quite "stuffed" for 2-3 hours...

We were there in 21:15 and they said the last sitting was at 20h. If that is the case then your working time is until 20:00. But I think this was not true.

We had a five course menu and it was all vegetarian. We had asked the day before and they had prepared a special menu for us. The food was amazing. Everything was very well thought through with very nice touches. I especially remember the dried tomatoes which had been hydrated again with tomatoe essence. Really amazing. We also had a great wine pairing with some amazing wines, even an orange wine. The service was very good, friendly and attentive.

Sehr gute Küche. Essen vom feinsten. Guter slovenischer offener Rotwein. Preisleistungverhältnis hervorragend. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam. Rundum zufrieden. Ich denke der Guide Michelin sollte mal vorbei schauen. Ein Bib-gourment wäre allemal drinn.

Cuisine raffinée, recherchées, avec de tres bons produits. Les vins proposés avec les plats sont excellents, originaux et pas très chers. Belle salle, avec de l’espace. Service agréable, accueillant qui donnent beaucoup d’informations sur les plats. Ambiance chic mais décontractée. Probablement la meilleure adresse dans ce niveau de gamme en Slovénie.

One of the best restaurant's in Ljubljana. Georgie bistro is an excellent choice for a lunch or dinner. Food is inspired by the local and world cuisine. Food is always delicious and prepared by the fresh and finest ingredients. Menu is offering variety of different choices and is changing on very frequent basis. Service is par excellence with friendly waiters and outstanding customer service. Georgie is one of my favorites spots in Ljubljana and I always like to come back for another visit. It is a great (comfort) fine dinning place.
