Top notch tasting menu. We had the 5 course option, every one inventive and perfectly executed. Great service, informative and friendly, we were not rushed at all. A lovely space too, with full length windows opening - very welcome on a hot evening.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The food was SO GOOD, especially for the price. I ordered 3 appetisers for myself and the waiter recommended a delightful pinot noir to pair. Portion sizes for appetisers were pretty generous and everything tasted literally perfect. 3 appetisers and 2 glasses of wine came out to 50€

Un superbe moment a partager. Super ambiance et service très souriant. Nous venons de sortir et encore toutes les saveurs en bouche. A recommandé sans aucunes hésitations. Le menu a 28 € est top, 3 plats aussi bons les uns que les autres.

Das Georgie bistro war ein absoluter Glückstreffer. Es ist ein wenig versteckt, aber es lohnt sich definitiv vorbeizuschauen. Das Menü war herausragend, überraschend und vor allem absolut köstlich. Auch das Team ist sehr bemüht, freundlich und zuvorkommend und erklärt jeden einzelnen Gang ausführlich. Fine Dining in entspannter Atmosphäre. Der Abend hat mich sehr glücklich gemacht. Danke!!! ❤️

I just dined at Georgie Bistro in Ljubljana and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The set menu, which featured local ingredients, was absolutely delicious and expertly prepared. Each dish was a work of art and the flavors were truly exceptional. The service was great, with the staff being attentive and friendly. And the ambience of the restaurant was lovely and really added to the overall experience. I highly recommend Georgie Bistro to anyone looking for a top-notch meal in Ljubljana.

J’étais une grande fan de leur ancien restaurant, Monstera Bistro, alors j’avais mis la barre haute pour ce nouvel emplacement. Je n’ai pas été déçue. Géorgie propose une cuisine créative et inspirée, mais jamais prétentieuse. Le service est très chaleureux et agréable (ce qui est loin d’être systématique en Slovénie). Mon nouveau restaurant préféré à Ljubljana !
