Was not impressed w food, really was looking forward to try this recommended restaurant. Service was very nice though...menu during the morning of August 22 was not impressed with...sorry- it was wrong...auto translate on the phone.i wanted to say month of August 22 ( meaning the year, just short) actually I was there on the 16th of August, 2022 , please see the receipt below. The best place we've eaten in Slovenia! Authentic food with a modern twist and very reasonably priced for the quality. The staff were also very friendly and helpful which made it even better. We'd recommend booking to ensure you get a table.

Auf Empfehlung eines lieben Kollegen aus Ljubiliana mit ihm zum Abendessen mit 3 Teenagern. Recht ausgefallene Karte aber auf sehr hohem Niveau. Ein Lammragout mit Hummus und Fetakäse? Habe ich in dieser Kombination noch nie gehabt. Lage und Service erstklassig!

Ci siamo arrivati per caso, altrove era tutto pieno. La cortesia con cui ci hanno accolto e chiesto di aspettare pochi minuti ci ha fatto restare…piatti meravigliosi, ci siano lasciati consigliare per il vino…e abbiamo fatto bene. Bravi,professionali,cortesi, piatti ottimi. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità e quantità.

Fajne miejsce troszkę dalej od turystycznego zgiełku. Feta z pomidorami i kminkiem na przystawkę - mega! Pyszne pomarańczowe wina. Dużo miejsc miało rezerwacje, wiec polecam wcześniej zarezerwować stolik.

Fresh gourmet food in very high quality. Lots of different Slovenian wines by the glass. Helpful and kind waitresses and staff. We had a great time there.

The place is nice and cozy, next to the river, and the staff is really nice. The lamb ragout is amazing, however be careful with the veal shank, you can be unlucky and get a really fatty cut (we had two slices, one was great and the other was quite bad). Prices are quite high for meat dishes.

We had an extraordinary dining experience. A new menu is excellent. We ordered a fish, and steamed buns. We also tried a plenty of side dishes, of which tomatoes with feta stole our hearts. Portions are perfect for one person, so if you like sharing, please mind its best to order more :)

They don’t want us… Unbelievable. I have never felt something like that!

Dear sir, It has come to the managements attention, that you wished to dine with us, however all the tables were full and the others reserved. After a kind intervention from our staff and a proposition that you come an hour later, you supposedly got upset and walked away. I would hardly say that we did not want your patronage, as we were phisicaly unable to accomodate you at the exact time you wanted to.
