Hello Mr. Kools, I'm so sorry to hear that, usually this things don't happen at our restaurant as we want our customers to be satisfied and happy when they leave but unfortunately sometimes when there are huge crowds, mistake happens. Again, we are very very sorry for your bad experience, usually the guests are happy with our food, please let us know next time immediately that the meal is not as good as it should be, so we can fix it.
