We are very sorry for your bad experience. If you came when you wrote (around 17.00 - 18.00) it wouldn't be a problem. We try our best to satisfy everybody but unfortunately we can't. Yesterday was one of those days as it was a holiday and we were low on work force and so forced to close early because of the extreme crowd. Sorry again.
