Esperienza spiacevole. Entro con l'obiettivo di prenotare ma prima di chiedere la disponibilità del tavolo chiedo al cameriere (credo il restaurant manager) di scaldare la pappa ad un neonato. Il cameriere mi guarda e dopo diversi secondi di esitazione gli dico che può andar bene anche scaldato a bagno Maria con l'acqua della macchina del caffè alle sue spalle. Controvoglia ed al limite della cortesia scalda l'acqua e ci mette dentro il barattolo dicendomi che ci vorrà un po' (?) Esco torno a prenderlo e chiedo ad un altro cameriere se posso avere anche un cucchiaino. Nel frattempo rientra "il capo" che gli dice in Sloveno che non è possibile. Si avvicina e mi fa: il cucchiaino devi chiederlo al bar dall'altra parte della piazza perché io non posso dartelo (!!!). Evidentemente aveva paura che me lo rubassi ^^`. Morale della favola vista l'accoglienza riservatami non ho prenotato, ho pranzato da un'altra parte e loro hanno perso 9 clienti.

Well, we never had a chance to even try this "amazing" place. A straight-face, entitled waiter ignored my husband completely and gabbled out something rude to my "Hello". I really don't care about Michelin stars and white-shirt servers, this is not the way to treat potential customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had a lovely five course dinner in the middle of a castles' court. Nice wines and good service. Soup course was not special, so skip that and take a 4 course meal. You will not leave hungry. Waiter was surprised with 10% tip. Well worth it though.

Goede bediening, eten is niet slecht. Jammer genoeg krijg je veel te weinig eten voor de hoeveelheid dat je betaald.

Delicious food, nice service and charming atmosphere. I still remember the extraordinarily tastes although 3 weeks passed. I am so glad we took our guest from abroad to this restaurant. She praised the food as well. We took 3-course menu and it was more than enough for a dinner. We will definitely come back!

Ein grandioser Abend auf der Burg. Das Menü überzeugte (3 Gänge für 39.- Euro), genau wie die Auswahl der Weinkarte. Eine sehr gelungene Mischung aus nationalen und internationalen Winzern. Der Kellner war zudem unterhaltsam, fachkundig und führte uns quasi launig durch den Abend.
