Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The staff was unenthusiastic and the food was served cold. Not the dining experience we were hoping for. :)

Food here was authentic and tasty. Service was casual and friendly rather than attentive. With better weather the May have been nicer. Decor was dark wood with a huge fish tank against one wall that gave the room a little interesting twist. We really enjoyed the white wine Halozan. The online menu was extensive with heaps of options. We were really looking forward to the cheese selection plate. In reality the menu was quite limited with zero cheese on the menu. A lot of the other dishes shown on the online version were also not on the menu once in restaurant.

Different menus had different prices and dishes on them. We came for pizzas but none were visible on the menu. Telephone wasn't answered for a reservation, but there was enough place so it wasn't needed. The waiter himself wasn't that attentive or interactive. Music could be more intresting than just Taylor and The Weekend on repeat. Food was fine.

Avoid this place if you can. Exorbitant prices (probably Rome or Paris are cheaper), don’t order water (4 euros and 50 cents per half liter bottle). The waiter with the ponytail treats everyone rudely telling them that if they want to wait they can go somewhere else. After asking why a bottle of water was so expensive he told me that that’s the price take it or leave it and starts yelling in Slovenian at us. Never been rude to everyone. If they are understaffed it’s not costumer’s fault. There are certainly better places in the area.

Schlechte Pizza, schlechter unfreundlicher Service, überhöhte Preise und Geldmacherei wo es möglich ist (Beilagenwechsel +2 Euro, Pizzakarton to go +1 Euro). Antwort der Betreiber unterstreicht auch nochmals, dass der Kunde unwichtig ist und es nur um Geldmacherei geht. Außerdem war die Pizza ungeachtet vom Service nicht gut, schlechter als in anderen Restaurants in Slowenien (McDonalds haben wir allerdings nicht ausprobiert, wieso auch? ;) )

Wir waren hier gestern essen. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und urig. Der Service war sehr freundlich, bemüht und schnell. Auf das Essen haben wir ca. 10-15 min gewartet (da hat man in manchen Restaurants in DE noch nicht mal die Getrönke bestellt). Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, Fleisch auf den Punkt und eine umfangreiche Portion. Sehr zu empfehlen.
